POOR customer service. had me sitting at the drive thru speaker for 5-10 min while no one else was in the drive thru. rushed me through my order. had to come back in for the things they didn’t give me.
This is a great Wendy’s, I’m here all the time bc I work close by and my order is always right, always fresh, and always hot. Plus the people at the drive thru are always so nice. Specifically the person with really short brown hair and black gauges, they’re always working the drive-thru and always so friendly. 10/10 Wendy’

I know it takes a minute to cook the paper thin Jr patty I was served tonight. But if the patty is crusted old and dried up. Please throw it away. You will not lose that much money. I've worked in restaurants all my life and I know what a burger with cheese looks like after it's been sitting for a long time. Cheese was crusty as well as burger edges were hard and dark brown.
