Honestly the best big mac I'd ever had. And staff was very friendly ❤
They had power outage just before we got there. They were recovering when we arrived. Went to another store.
As a former restaurant manager with McDonalds in Canada, I would like to give a shout out to Carol on Sunday Sept 20th. This is one of the cleanest McDonald’s I have ever seen! Her cheerful disposition, warm smile and her dedication to cleaning and being proud of her work ! She needs some serious recognition! 10/10. Keep up the amazing work, Carol.

McDonald's is a convenient and easily accessible location with plenty of parking. The staff are generally friendly, helpful, and provide great customer service. The manager was very polite and attentive, making sure I received a receipt after the kiosk didn’t give me one. The food is usually served hot and quickly, with fries that are crisp and sandwiches neatly made. Inside, the restaurant is typically clean and well-maintained.
However, there are some issues with the automated ordering system in the drive-thru, which can cause delays and mistakes with orders. Sometimes, the staff seem overwhelmed, and there can be chaos due to insufficient trained personnel. Despite these problems, the staff handle small issues politely, like spilled coffee, which adds to the positive experience. Overall, this McDonald's stands out for its consistency, quality, and good customer service, making it a reliable choice for a quick meal.
