Will not recommend this restaurant we set reservation got there early checked in restaurant was empty the front manager and another girl at front desk were very rude not polite confrontational when we asked questions about our reservation after a hour and a half waiting we finally called it quits and went to gold star Were very excited to have a night away from kids to celebrate fathers retirement party but will never come back here I never raised my voice or said anything...read full review
I had great service from all employees especially Shannon. When I come in she always has a smile and excellent service. I give this store a 11 on a 1-10 scale.
1st visit to this location- good service, large portions, good $5 drink menu! Had to ask for water & food served like warm🥲 shrimp linguine would’ve been Fantastic when it was hot & freshly made. We may tryRed Lobster again to see if this experience was just an Off Night for them? The mgr did stop. & ask how everything was… but we were finished eating by then
