“Velocity’s iced lattes are a must-try! Each month they switch up the menu, offering several different flavors of house-made syrups. They clearly label vegan options & offer oat milk for drinks. They artfully take photos of each drink and post them on their Instagram page. The photos look like something out of a foodie blog or magazine. A few of my favorite specials have been the chocolate covered potato chip iced latte & the cherry cordial iced latte.“

“Conveniently located in Kroger. Polite single clerk working made a fabulous cup of coffee. But there was no sense of urgency. Mckenzie was actively talking to a Kroger associate while preparing our order. Again she was polite and got the order right. But for that next level of hospitality one has to show that speed for the client.“

“We get iced coffee's with vanilla and cream. We also get a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The bagel is hot and delicious every time.

We go often enough where the drive thru person knows what we get and just confirms it.

If you want it done right (Example; large iced coffee with 4 cream and 5 vanilla with whipped cream.) they do it right and are consistent through all shifts!“
