“I loved my visit my cashier was Jena and she was amazing even with the huge line. The other two girls making the drinks were super quick and did really well with my drink. I didn’t have a bad experience with the Starbucks it was the fact that I couldn’t tip them for how good they were. I asked her where the tip jar and she politely told me they don’t accept them. I guess that’s kind of boo on Kroger though“
“Drive thru worker thanked me for smiling and being happy. She said I was the first on her shift that hadn't come through the line with a bad attitude and unhappy looking. Sad state of affairs for workers not to receive a positive greeting from customers too.“
“Stopped on our way from Ohio to Nashville. Quaint little place. Friendly staff food was very good. Had the Burrata which was some toasted baguette pieces with mozzarella and tomato. Also had a Cobb salad and the special sandwich which was a toasted sandwich and cream of mushroom soup. Overall a very tasty stop.“
“Nice spot very affordable I got at 16oz coffee and muffin for under $10 can’t beat that . everyone was friendly and nice I love a good coffee shop. The music was great can get a lil busy so might not always be the best spot for studying. But there is some extra room to study. Wi-Fi available. The dirty hippie is my new go to “

“This is a gem located in the heart of Fort Thomas. It's a coffee cafe and serve alcohol. WOW. They have yummy pastries cookies and sandwiches for lunch. They have alcohol coffee drinks for an after dinner treat. Lots of seating and outdoor space and they have a playroom for kids. There is something for everyone“
“My friend and I happened upon this gem while on a girls day in Latonia. From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed with open arms. The baristas answered our questions and whipped up the most delicious drinks. The owner introduced herself and showed us around, quickly becoming a friend. We sat for a while on the amazing pink velvet couch and fell in love with this quaint little shop. Before we left, the owner offered to loan out her personal shopping cart (which she decorated for us). It was a memorable day and we will definitely be back!“

“We got a vegan vanilla cake with a pistachio buttercream for my daughter's birthday. (It was sonic the hedgehog themed) and it was a delicious cake. The pistachio buttercream turned out to be a big hit with the guest. This place never disappoints.“

“This teeny-tiny and unassuming place has some fantastic coffee! Our first visit (of many to come) my wife got an espressoda and I grabbed an iced latte. Both drinks were great but the espressoda is worth going out of your way for. The staff is great and the service was really quick despite how busy they were. The only drawback is how small the seating area is.“

“We are transplants from New Jersey and finding pork roll and marble rye out here is next to impossible, so this place gets 5 stars just for having that!Love the atmosphere in here, it’s very cozy feeling and nicely decorated. Service is good. Food is delicious! Pork Roll slices are thick! Marble rye is perfection. Potatoes and eggs were cooked very well- again, so good!Their speciality coffees/lattes and bakery items upstairs are on the pricey end, just as a heads up, but the meal itself was well priced and worth every penny. “Just a small drive thru building in the parking lot of a strip mall, I almost missed it on an early morning. I'm always shocked at coffee shops that open at 8am but Jets was there to save the day when I was in town bright and early on a Friday! The creme brûlée latte (with an extra shot) was great and served up by a friendly barista!“

I personally love that none of the varieties we tried were overly sweet (Chocolate banana, orange Creamsicle, and S'mores).As great as the smoothies and teas are, the people are even better, which makes the whole experience that much more enjoyable.“
“This was the perfect spot to grab a tasty treat after dinner. My friends and I arrived around 9:30 and they were still pretty busy. The 2 people taking orders were helpful and pleasant. Even suggesting what their favorites were. All 3 people in my group got the same thing. A kinder sized vanilla cone dipped in a cherry shell. It hit the spot and was the perfect amount of ice cream to satisfy a craving. They have a great outdoor space with plenty of seating to hang out and enjoy the night and people watch in Mainstrasse village. Will be coming back soon to try more flavors.“

“I like their menu and the staff is always friendly, but they make their drinks too sweet for me. I usually ask them to go easy on the syrup and skip the whip cream. Once I figured that out, I've enjoyed all my coffee from there. I usually stop in twice a week and I continue to do so“
“I visit this Starbucks location on my way to work every weekday morning when they are keeping up with a high volume of orders. My coffee is always consistent and the service is personalized. Shame on me that I don’t know the names of these employees (I believe managers) but the gentleman with glasses and the woman with blonde hair always shout “have a great day Michael” no matter where they are in the store. I work in the hospitality industry as a hotel GM and those small touch points go a long way. Kudos to the team at this location!“
“I love this place! I ordered a Honey Golden latte with matcha, not realising that it also has espresso. I went back to ask about it, because it didn’t have a bright yellow or the distinctive green color. They explained it all to me, showing me the products that they use, basically being so sweet in spite of my ignorance. They insisted on making me a new one. It was incredibly lovely and green!
