Drive thru happy meals for the kids. It was fine. I don't know why they tell me to pull away from the drive thru and then bring me my food 10 seconds later. Just wait 10 seconds and then give it to me...
It was around 315pm, it took a good 10 minutes before anyone noticed I was at the register as they were all too busy chatting about their day, who did what to whom, etc. Meanwhile, the lobby and bathrooms were not clean, no paper towels in the women's bathroom, the dining area was not being taken care of. Trash on the floors, tables not wiped down, trash bins overflowing, workers on breaks just sitting wherever they wanted, not bothering to clean the dining area after their breaks...read full review

Drive thru worker thanked me for smiling and being happy. She said I was the first on her shift that hadn't come through the line with a bad attitude and unhappy looking. Sad state of affairs for workers not to receive a positive greeting from customers too.
