Drive thru worker thanked me for smiling and being happy. She said I was the first on her shift that hadn't come through the line with a bad attitude and unhappy looking. Sad state of affairs for workers not to receive a positive greeting from customers too.

HORRIBLE!! If you go here expect 2 things: waiting no less than 15 minutes from the time you order food until you actually get it (if cars are already in drive thru time is closer to 30 minutes) and your order to be wrong. HOW CAN YOU SCREW UP A PLAIN CHEESEBURGER??? I timed how long I was in line and it was 45 minutes from waiting in the drive thru until I got my food(there were no more than 5-6 cars in line a head of me), after I had to wait to have the order corrected and it was still wrong (my fault for not double checking). How do you mess up 2 plain cheeseburgers and a plain mcdouble? The way they messed it up was by giving 3 cheeseburgers, 2 not plain so I told them one was supposed to be a plain cheeseburger and the other a plain mcdouble. After they tried again I got the 2 burgers I tried to have them fix I recieved a plain cheeseburger and a plain hamburger. So hopefully when McDonald's goes with the robot workers this is the first one they replace because this store flat out sucks.UPDATE!!!!Made the mistake of giving these guys another chance. Ordered a fish sandwich with only cheese, got sandwich with tartar sauce and cheese, went in to get it fixed got it back WRONG again, this time it only had tartar sauce. Didn't give them a 3rd chance to fail. Please replace all these incompetent employees with ones who can read, listen and follow basic instructions. Is this is an example of how the future of your company is going?? If so then you won't be open much longer lol.

This place is awful. Nothing but little kids working messing the food up. AWFUL attitudes and leave you waiting for 20 min to not even get your order right. ????
I asked for a quarter pounder with no pickles and a medium fry and medium drink with light ice. The light ice was the only thing they got right. The fries were lukewarm, and my burger had pickles on it. It looked like the employees only put the ingredients for the burger on only one side. The employees acted like they really didn’t care about anything. ***Edit: Add-On: went to order the apple pies through the drive through, the lady on the mic put the order in, we paid for it, and got to the pick up window, they didn’t have it. Go figure. Plus, what is up with their attitude and customer service?

I don’t know how this place stays open. The last 12 visits, they have made my food wrong or forgotten something. They pull forward 3 cars at a time and then they make the order wrong so you have to go back around or inside. Or if you don’t check your food you get home and it’s wrong. Today I went through twice, bc the 1st time was wrong, 2nd time was wrong, and I went in to tell them exactly what I wanted, a McDouble with onions. Got home and the middle of the patties had a handful of onions. The customer service is 0/10 here.
