“Wow, this place has it figured out. It’s late Sunday night and I missed dinner. I set out expecting the usual late night drive thru experience. (You know what I mean) When I pulled up, I was greeted by a vibrant screen displaying an AI operated menu. No delay, no bad attitude. Just prompt service. I was greeted at the pay and takeout window by pleasant and engaging people and had my food in an instant. What sorcery is this!?“

“I knew it would be a cool place when the door knobs were gas pumps. Everything was detailed down to the napkin rings. It lived up to its name for sure. The food was amazing! Our waitress Cozy, I can't say enough about her. She had the best personality, super sweet and when we had decided what we wanted she definitely told us about our choices, like how they are prepared, what they come with and if she had tried them herself. I will definitely be back.“

“I went to Herb and Thelma’s for the first time. It did not disappoint. Very tasty, juicy burgers. Delicious sauerkraut. Manhattan to rival any other Manhattan from an upscale bar. Everyone is friendly. Such a fun atmosphere. Be prepared to be surprised by the food and friendly atmosphere. Cash only.“

“This place has a unique venue for a bar and grill. Along with the usual burgers and wings, they serve sushi. They don't have a very large whiskey selection, chairs and barstools were a bit hard, and they use too much rice on their nigiri. Servers and bartenders were very attentive and the music was at the right volume to hear while not having to yell over it.“

“I always order delivery from the Pub and I love their beer battered fish and chips. Its a large portion and looks very similar to what the original Brittish would serve. For it to be a major chain I didn't expect their fish to impress me however they have always got it right. Their cole slaw isn't bad either and I dont really eat cole slaw.“

“The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“This is by far and beyond the cleanest Wendy's I have ever been in!! On top of that, I brought my buddy here to treat him to breakfast on Friday, and we both got breakfast baconators and they actually looked EXACTLY like the menu image, thay never happens at a fast food place but it does here!! “My wife and I stopped by Zola Pub & Grill last Saturday—Derby Day—for a bite to eat. It wasn't crowded, just a few regulars at the bar, making it a nice, quiet spot to enjoy good food and good company. We started with the Cajun Cheese Fries (ordered without jalapeños or green onions and sour cream on the side), and they were delightful—served hot and fresh. Unlike some places, the cajun seasoning actually covered the fries rather than just being sprinkled on top, and the cheese was melted to perfection. We also split 10 medium wings which were hot and hit the mark, and my wife, who is a big fan of Caesar salads, absolutely loved theirs. To wash it all down, I stuck with Mich Ultras while my wife had the Country Boy Ciders; they were running a special that night for $3 a can, which made for a very reasonable bill. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and since the bartender mentioned they are known for their burgers, we’ll definitely be heading back to give those a try. If you're looking for a casual spot with good food and fair prices, this is a solid bet.“

“I have discovered that the Dairy Queen in Latonia/Covington has lower prices than the Dairy Queen Highland Pike in Ft. Wright near Walmart. I believe it is because the one in Latonia is privately owned. I paid about 2 dollars more at Dairy Queen on Highland Pike for a milkshake than I do at my local location on Decoursey Ave across the street from Latonia Liquors and this location has a bench or picnic tables where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream without taking it in your vehicle. Yes, they do have a drive thru also... if you're in a rush or have somewhere else to be. The associates are generally quick to get you in and out of the drive thru. Just be extra cautious when exiting the lot because it's a busy road and there are pedestrians crossing often and waiting in line at the walk up window.

“One of the staff thought it'd be 'funny' to try and steal my purse. I was watching the band play and he tried to take my purse from me. He only stopped pulling on my purse when my friend and I yelled at him. He tried to play it off as a joke. I didnt get his name. We left after the incident. This place is not safe for women when staff are behaving like this.“

“I've I've been going to this place for a long time. The manager Michael had a big order I was impatient because I had to wait a moment. I think Michael is an upstanding manager6 his demeanor was professional and he kept his calm and stayed cool. I give him an AA Plus. And I love my Whopper plan with iced coffee.“

“This Culver’s is good. I do recommend it. However, tonight when we went through the line, we sat for about 10-15 minutes before getting to place our order then waited an additional 15 at the window for our order. John, who is a teenager— was the only employee taking orders and apparently making those orders as well. He was friendly at the window to us and didn’t appear to be in a bad mood. There were other employees working with him, yet it appeared he was getting zero help from them. We could hear from the drive through window that there were female employees laughing and carrying on in the background. It’s clear that they were not helping with the drive through one bit. Keep in mind, the dining area was completely empty… I really feel bad for John, he was quite literally working alone and the drive through was pretty busy. Whoever else was “working” with him should be written up.“

“This is regarding the location inside Turfway Park Racing and Gaming in Florence Kentucky.. Husband and I wanted to come out and watch the band that was there this past Saturday night. Apparently they have a new table service 'rule' in effect. if I understand it correctly, in order to sit at a table and watch the band which doesn't start until 9:30 or later, you MUST order $50 worth of food and or drinks. After the 2 hours that you are there, if you want to stay longer, they will charge you an additional $50. Who are they to tell people how much they must spend on food and drinks? We stood outside of the railing actually in the casino and watched the band for the 1st set.. We saw a couple sitting at a small round table in front of us only order two alcoholic beverages the whole time they were there.. so you are telling me that you expect two people to sit at your table and if they are not ordering food, you expect them to spend $50 on alcohol in order to sit at the table? Unless I am misunderstanding,,, needless to say, we will never ever step foot inside of this restaurant to eat or drink.“

“Decent burgers, decent fries, and very affordable — the three best things a university campus restaurant can have! That’s why this place always has long queues — it’s the best one :) You can grab a cheeseburger combo for $7.50, and fries cost just $2.50, which is very affordable for students!“

“This DQ has always been pretty good. A lot of teens, but respectful for the better part. I have been going here for decades. Just wish DQ had the old selections. Turtle Sunday with wet pecans, and the like. Now it's a banana split, peanut buster parfait, and very limited build your own options. Still love the ice cream at DQ!“

“My first time being at this location. I went through the drive thru. My food was hot and correct. The red haired lady at the window was so sweet and kind. She made sure I had all my sauces. They were very busy, but still made sure I was taken care of.“

“I have never had a bad experience at this Wendy's. This should be the training center for Wendy's in the Kenton county area in my opinion. The Mon-Friday AM breakfast crew is just phenomenal. I have been going here for years and this place has it down with the food, service and correcting anything and using the Wendy's app. This is the place to go for Breakfast and Lunch in the fast food industry. High five to them! Thank you so much for making my mornings so bright.

“Extremely friendly and fast service. I ordered two double cheeseburger combo and two chicken sliders.

The chicken sliders were cooked fresh and were absolutely fantastic.

The double burgers were built from singles on a precooked bunch sitting on the grill and were obviously a little old. One of the burgers had a stale top...

This was my first ever experience with a White Castle, to be fair they weren't busy at all at the time... I assumed it would be similar to Krystal burgers that I've eaten before... honestly overall about the same caliber of restaurant.“

“12-09-19 picked up Lunch through the drive thru around 12:30p to 12:45p. I received excellent friendly service from both windows. I also wanted to give special thanks to whoever put together my special request Keto style Double today, it seems you really put care into making my hamburger perfect. “Edit: My previous review was a negative one due to the service I received from a young teenage girl and the fact that it was around 8:30 p.m. and I think they were just trying to close for the evening and weren't interested in waiting on customers, but I have come to realize that's more of a teenager issue than an issue with this particular dairy Queen. I have since returned for another visit and found the staff to be incredibly helpful, kind, and courteous. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and have removed my previous review and replaced it with what I feel like is a more factual and up-to-date review.“
