“I visit other Frisch's and have never had a bad experience, but this Frisch's at 20 Kyle's Lane, Covington, KY location is 5-Stars Tops!!! Haley who works the Drive-thru Window Service and her Teammate Co-workers do an Outstanding Job. The Cook-Staff Team does a Remarkable Job on everything they cook/grill up, never has there ever been any food item that was not worthy of 5-Stars. A few friends who visit this Frisch's location have commented how glad they are that this Restaurant is in their neighborhood, they always have great experiences when visiting. “Typical Covington pub. Very good attention. Variety of drinks and excellent prices. I liked that they served me a drink in a glass glass (unlike their neighbors who only offered plastic glasses, the kind that you grab and your hand sinks in, how horrible!). I recommend!“

“One of the staff thought it'd be 'funny' to try and steal my purse. I was watching the band play and he tried to take my purse from me. He only stopped pulling on my purse when my friend and I yelled at him. He tried to play it off as a joke. I didnt get his name. We left after the incident. This place is not safe for women when staff are behaving like this.“

“It was a late hour I think everybody was tired people working and the people getting themselves a late night snack quality is always good at White Castle good people you can't take nothing away from anybody that does a graveyard shift that's long grueling and at times and monotonous. That's in my hat to the people at work there that despite the attitude and the times the vocabulary they just kept doing what they supposed to do smiling and giving up good vibrations to all those that came by The gentleman that drive through he was especially likeable. Vegetarian options: Baked potato, french fries, and frosty are basically the only items on the lunch/dinner menu that are vegetarian. They do not even have the side salad on the menu. So disappointing.“
