“I visit other Frisch's and have never had a bad experience, but this Frisch's at 20 Kyle's Lane, Covington, KY location is 5-Stars Tops!!! Haley who works the Drive-thru Window Service and her Teammate Co-workers do an Outstanding Job. The Cook-Staff Team does a Remarkable Job on everything they cook/grill up, never has there ever been any food item that was not worthy of 5-Stars. A few friends who visit this Frisch's location have commented how glad they are that this Restaurant is in their neighborhood, they always have great experiences when visiting. “Location is convenient. Owners have managed to configure the parking lot, drive-thru lane & pedestrian traffic in such a way to make it work for all (except for the truck next to me who couldn't decide whether to park or turn rt onto the street). I was impressed.The DQ flavors are as delicious as ever. The employees were friendly polite, fast & efficient. I had my food veryyy quickly after ordering. They've managed to keep their prices very reasonable at this location while maintaining quality. I wish I lived closer to this location so I could be a regular, but my first impression was outstanding in all areas.

Parking: Free parking lot is proportional to the size of the DQ building; it's tight. But it's all that's needed here, plus there is on-street parking available all around the store. The store is walk or drive-up only. It's a throwback to (or remnant of) the original block buildings housing all the DQs in the 1950s.“

“We are from Louisville and on our way to Columbus Ohio decided to look around for a place to eat in Covington, KY.
It's a small place, pub style. I wasn't expecting much from the food but wow was I surprised by the taste!
The ordered Onion Rings to start and they were crunchy and perfectly cooked. The homemade sauce that is included is tangy and a bit spicy and amazing.
We then ordered the Zola burger and the Caribbean burger. Both were delicious!
We didn't wait long for service or the food. The server was very friendly.
We will surely be back when in Covington, KY again.“

“One of the staff thought it'd be 'funny' to try and steal my purse. I was watching the band play and he tried to take my purse from me. He only stopped pulling on my purse when my friend and I yelled at him. He tried to play it off as a joke. I didnt get his name. We left after the incident. This place is not safe for women when staff are behaving like this.“

Baked potato was good, but hardly any other vegetarian options are available.

Vegetarian options: Baked potato, french fries, and frosty are basically the only items on the lunch/dinner menu that are vegetarian. They do not even have the side salad on the menu. So disappointing.“

“We stopped for Frosty's on our way to a nearby hotel where we were staying. Employees were friendly and efficient, interior was clean, and we were served quickly. It wasn't until we were seated inside that we noticed the outside area is swarming with a large number of loiterers. We watched one come in with an empty Big Gulp cup, help himself to a large drink from the Freestyle station and walk out. He didn't bother us, and none of the employees confronted him or any of the other loiterers coming in and out for various reasons, but it's worth noting. This was clearly a common practice that we haven't encountered elsewhere in our travels around the country and it just felt strange.“
