Flamethrower Grillburger Cheese Curds Hot Fudge Funnel Cake What Is It: The Flamethrower is a half pound burger topped with fiery Flamethrower sauce, melted pepper jack cheese, jalapeño bacon, lettuce, and tomato (the latter two I had them leave off my sandwich.) Cheese curds are fried cheese bites and the funnel cake comes topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge. Presentation: The sandwich isn't nearly as appealing as the menu shows and it's not just because I left the veggies off. The other two items look acceptable. 4 out of 10 Taste/ Final Analysis: I'm a big fan of the Flamethrower. Even though visually this wasn't the best the flavours were definitely there. Lot's of spicy goodness to be had here. I recommend getting extra flamethrower sauce for it as that's especially tasty. The cheese curds were run of the mill and really could have used a dipping sauce of some kind. The funnel cake while tasty really didn't remind me of a funnel cake. It was kinda like a below average plain donut topped with a bunch of stuff. Still a sweet dessert but hardly a state fair funnel cake.
