“I went in today to get a coffee and I braved it and brought my 3 year old and 10 month old. It ended up being a hot mess express with bringing my kids for many reasons but the barista Samantha was so sweet, helpful and patient the whole time. Right after I got my coffee my baby spilled all of it everywhere and she stopped what she was doing immediately to clean it up and then got me another free drink despite me telling her not to and despite it being pretty busy. I felt horrible but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10, recommend this location! Thank you Samantha!“

“Was very busy when we went and the cashier / worker who was very kind and friendly helped me order a quick box of chicken nuggets for my son before a flight when I goofed and thought I ordered it the first time.You could see that it was somewhat of a stressful environment with the line growing and she was running around, but the whole time very polite, nice, and did her job amazingly.I never caught her name but thank you so much for helping us out! My son appreciated the nuggets. You had pretty purple hair!“

“My org review was bad because this McDonald’s can be slow at times but I was mad about something else lol. they get busy but the employees and managers are super nice and have always been nice and I come here a lot. Not a bad spot, just gets a rush during busy hours“

“Great atmoshphere and good people. I try this place every couple months, but I think the espresso could use some improvement. I'm not sure if it's the actual bean or if the extraction is too weak/long but it's typically a little watery and bitter tasting. They just gotta get their shots dialed and it'll be 5/5. I usually get a cortado, flat white or cappuccino (something espresso forward) so I haven't tried their specialty drinks. Overall, probably the best vibe in Florence, good place to chat or read etc. But if you're there for the espresso I'd say it's okay.“

“What a delightful coffee shop! Lots of delicious options. I had the Cinnamon Chip Muffin, Hazelnut coffee and took home an Almond croissant. They have sugar free and gluten free options, too! Scrumptious. Chill and friendly atmosphere with good service. Local art on display and community feel. Easy parking. I highly recommend.“

“I am up was up here for a quick bow hunting trip and am always looking for a good “real” coffee. It is about damn time Villa Hills and surrounding area got a good coffee place. Like one that still knows how to make real and authentic coffees. I know it’s been there for quite a few years, but I haven’t been there for quite a few. “I ordered coffee here, Maya was great. She got everything done on time, was a great barista, and even remembered me by my order days later when she said hi as I walked in with a friend. Her customer service was exceptional, I left very satisfied with my customer experience. Afterwards, she even fixed my car and dived into a burning tree to save my four cats. Go team Maya!!“

“The only thing funny about Funny Farm is that there are not more people here. My gosh, this place was a 12/10 experience! The cold brew was so smooth, tasted amazing, and complimented the breakfast burrito! Usually I get photos of the food and drinks before but this time it was just so amazing. The atmosphere is so calming and lovely at the same time. Vibrant and a modern feel as well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Positive attitudes and can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do. If you’re around or even visiting the area, make a stop to Funny Farm. It’s no laughing matter and worth the trip!“
