“I have never been to Biggby Coffee before (crazy I know!). Grace described everything perfectly, she was super sweet and very helpful and I didn’t hesitate to put a couple dollars in her tip jar. With not knowing the menu very well she described everything very clear and concise and when I told her my likes and drinks I was familiar with, she told me exactly what would be best for me! I have to tell you I have never had a better drink. also, she was training during my experience. It was very kind to her Coworkers. Would definitely rather this over Starbucks anytime. Im from Michigan & we stopped in to use the restroom and wanted a little snack/drink to go. Was in & out within 5 minutes. Painless & joyful interaction. The man making my drink was top tier. When i ask for extra caramel , i mean EXTRA. & he did just that! he looked very proud of himself as he should!! Great work this morning you guys! Thank you!“

“Walked in and was immediately greeted by the most amazing cashier. He touted everything on the menu. We ended up going with the Friday meatball sandwich special, the Italian sandwich and two vanilla tonka lattes. Both sandwiches and lattes were heavenly! We can’t wait to go back to try the rest of them on the menu.“

“I just wanted to let you know that my mom had a hankering for your spinach quiche pie. She's always busy and doesn't think things through sometimes. She threw the highly coveted quiche pie in her handbag and ran home to do some things before having a moment to eat the pie. Whatever. I saw the pie in her handbag, grabbed it and ran into the bushes to eat it as fast as I could. If the speed and accuracy of my devouring the highly coveted spinach ricotta pie is any indication of the number of stars this review requires, it is certainly a five out of five. “Benson Paige is a pup who has lived in a shelter for a whole year. Today is his last day on earth since he is being humanely euthanized tomorrow. A foster took him out and spent some time at Bloc, so benson got to finally cuddle up on a couch. He finally got to eat a whole plate of eggs, a plate of bacon and experience the good life- something he never got to experience before. Stevie the lead barista was incredibly kind and compassionate over the phone with me while I tried to coordinate getting benson a special treat and helped me make sure the foster & benson were taken care of and that he got to experience love. There are no words to describe my gratitude to them and thank them for providing a place for benson to be safe and loved. ❤️❤️❤️ can not recommend them enough for their customer service“

“Unbelievable place. Found it while working construction downtown. Ive eaten lunch there for over a month straight now and there is not one thing that disappointed me. Soups are some of the best I've ever had, sandwiches to die for, they have there own menu but can get what you want made, cant beat the specials!!! They also do breakfast but I havent tried that yet, but my friends have had omelets for lunch and said they were fire!!! Also the in-house made pastries and sweet are great too. Also everything is well priced!! And the staff is amazing!!“
