“I have been coming to this Biggby for years. My husband and I would meet just about everyday during covid and have a coffee together. B1G1, why not have a coffee date.

We don't go here as often as we did because we just aren't this way much anymore.

I came through this morning about 7:10am to get me my usual Decaf German Mocha. The young man said it would be $6.99.

I pulled up to the window and said I'm using tap. He grabbed the machine, clicked a button and had me tap. I thought it was strange it didn't show me the tip screen. I thought oh he must have skipped it. NOPE! He self tipped. My total on my bank acct was $7.99. It was only a dollar, but the gall, and nerve to self tip. I was gonna tip any way but...

That is stealing no matter which way you look at it.

That really put a damper on my favorite coffee place.

“An amazing Dunkin location. Friendly staff, always greets me when i walk in. Placing orders before i get there for drive thru pick up or in store pickup, it is always ready for me and quick process. Love ordering ahead. Get an iced coffee at least once a week.“

“I ordered a bunch of happy meals for my class today. I ordered through the mobile ap and when I went to the restaurant the order was no where to be seen. The staff put the order together for me promptly and I was out the door quickly. They also refunded the whole order without me complaining. The kids ate every piece of food and were happy! “I just wanted to let you know that my mom had a hankering for your spinach quiche pie. She's always busy and doesn't think things through sometimes. She threw the highly coveted quiche pie in her handbag and ran home to do some things before having a moment to eat the pie. Whatever. I saw the pie in her handbag, grabbed it and ran into the bushes to eat it as fast as I could. If the speed and accuracy of my devouring the highly coveted spinach ricotta pie is any indication of the number of stars this review requires, it is certainly a five out of five. “Benson Paige is a pup who has lived in a shelter for a whole year. Today is his last day on earth since he is being humanely euthanized tomorrow. A foster took him out and spent some time at Bloc, so benson got to finally cuddle up on a couch. He finally got to eat a whole plate of eggs, a plate of bacon and experience the good life- something he never got to experience before. Stevie the lead barista was incredibly kind and compassionate over the phone with me while I tried to coordinate getting benson a special treat and helped me make sure the foster & benson were taken care of and that he got to experience love. There are no words to describe my gratitude to them and thank them for providing a place for benson to be safe and loved. ❤️❤️❤️ can not recommend them enough for their customer service“

“SUCH a cute gem in madisonville! Great coffee and bakery. They have an outdoor courtyard and patio, and they allow pets! I’ve brought my cat on a harness and leash multiple times and they are so welcoming.“

The space itself is very welcoming with large windows, plants, and chill music. And the drinks were killer! Creative season specials that were delicious! Ryan (not sure if he's the owner or an employee, but either way, a gem) noticed I hadn't touched my second coffee and came over to offer to remake it or give me a refund without me even having to ask. I had been feeling adventurous and ordered something unsweetened, which just wasn't for me, and he completely saved the day.

That kind of attentiveness is rare and says so much about the culture of this place. If you're looking for a great local spot with even better people, Locke Coffee is it. Go support them!!“

Perfect place to work, and everyone is very nice. I really appreciate the hours they are open since I like to come after work and they are one of the only coffee shops open later in the area. :)“
