Always order my favorite drink when I go to work.
Great customer service always. This morning I ordered my latte online as a hot on accident and the girl working was super nice and remade it for me. Their staff and drinks are top notch.

BIGGBY COFFEE is a welcoming coffee shop that leaves a positive impression on its customers. Several reviews highlight the friendly and kind staff, noting that employees often go above and beyond to brighten customers' days. One customer mentioned how the workers, especially a woman behind the counter and others like Alan, Natalie, and Kayla, made their day better with their kindness and positive energy. The staff's attitude and genuine care stand out, making visitors feel appreciated and appreciated.
Customers also appreciate the mature, hardworking, and respectful attitude of the team, especially during busy times. For example, a woman handling the mid-morning rush on a Sunday managed the drive-thru and inside orders well, offering good food like the Maple waffle sandwich and hot coffee, which many found satisfying.
However, some reviews point out inconsistencies. One customer felt the service had declined at a newer location, citing rude and slow staff, with the exception of the manager, Sarah, who was seen as competent. They also expressed disappointment with the quality of the coffee, which was sometimes overly sweet or poorly made. Despite these issues, many customers still enjoyed their visits, especially appreciating the hot coffee and pleasant service during the drive-through.
Overall, BIGGBY COFFEE is appreciated for its friendly staff, positive atmosphere, and good coffee, though experiences can vary depending on the location and time of visit.
