The drive thru is not functioning to the point where if you get to the window, they're still making the orders of someone who gave up and left. I've only been 2-3 times but it's never right.
We always order the Family Bucket Meal from KFC, and it used to be a favorite in our house. The kids would usually finish all the chicken without any problem.
Unfortunately, our recent orders have been disappointing. The chicken tasted bland and lacked the flavor we were used to. It also seemed like it was fried in old oil, as the color looked darker and less fresh than usual. The quality just didn’t feel the same compared to what we’ve experienced before.

Drove over 30 minutes to this location to eat KFC in Kentucky while visiting Ohio. Location was “closed” when we arrived 45 minutes before closing time.
