“Great customer service! My daughter had a pretty bad wipe out in the rain today before coming into the Taylor mill store today. She had a petty nasty scrapes on her knees and elbow. She was in tears and one of sweet workers came over with some cute animal bandaids and a few stickers for all the kids. She was so sweet to my daughter, she was instantly in a better mood after that and it took her mind off her scraped up knees and elbows. I hope she gets recognized for being so kind and her great customer service skills.The milk shakes were also delicious!”

“I have been coming to this Biggby for years. My husband and I would meet just about everyday during covid and have a coffee together. B1G1, why not have a coffee date.

We don't go here as often as we did because we just aren't this way much anymore.

I came through this morning about 7:10am to get me my usual Decaf German Mocha. The young man said it would be $6.99.

I pulled up to the window and said I'm using tap. He grabbed the machine, clicked a button and had me tap. I thought it was strange it didn't show me the tip screen. I thought oh he must have skipped it. NOPE! He self tipped. My total on my bank acct was $7.99. It was only a dollar, but the gall, and nerve to self tip. I was gonna tip any way but...

That is stealing no matter which way you look at it.

That really put a damper on my favorite coffee place.

“My son is 5, but he’s practically been eating skyline since he could stomach solids! Every celebration or even a special “lunch/dinner date” HAS to be skyline! We get our skyline from Kroger too and he has it about 4-5 times a week at home! He even says he wants to work at skyline when he’s older! He is truly skyline’s biggest fan! 📣📣”

“This is my daughter's favorite Asian food in northern KY. We finally went with her for a family meal. Very quiet inside, most people appear to order take-out. Friendly service and very good food. I appreciate Asian with a good amount of well-cooked vegetables, as that's usually lacking at the places I go. It wasn't quite spicy enough for me, so I'll ask for hotter next time. We'll definitely be back.”

“An amazing Dunkin location. Friendly staff, always greets me when i walk in. Placing orders before i get there for drive thru pick up or in store pickup, it is always ready for me and quick process. Love ordering ahead. Get an iced coffee at least once a week.”

“I ordered a bunch of happy meals for my class today. I ordered through the mobile ap and when I went to the restaurant the order was no where to be seen. The staff put the order together for me promptly and I was out the door quickly. They also refunded the whole order without me complaining. The kids ate every piece of food and were happy! Thanks for fixing an issue appropriately!”

“Food has improved over the past year. We had stopped going there for awhile because there was always something wrong i.e. over cooked, out of chicken, out of sides etc.”

“I gave a review the other day that reflected that day's order where I was missing items such as two large mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuits which I had delivered from Doordash and I stand by that review.

But I wanted to amend that review because Doordash and KFC refunded half my purchase amount, so I went back today while I was out and picked up an order I made on KFC.Com.

“My wife and I went to this restaurant today, after a great recommendation from one of my employees. This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is completely top notch! Literally better service than I have received probably ever, and we go to A LOT of restaurants. Literally, my wife’s napkin fell to the ground and after I picked it up, the lady who was the host to us seen it and brought her a new one. Drinks did not run dry, and every single member of the staff was helping out and conversing with us. The owner and chef even came out to shake my hand. What an absolute gem in Cincinnati. This is a place NOT to miss out on. And don’t forget to order the cornbread! Hands down the best I have ever tasted. We left and wished we were hungry again and could turn around and go back inside.”

“I’ve been here quite a few times now and I just love it!! It’s a tried and true for me! I came here for the first time in Winter of this year and can’t count how many times I’ve been here since.

The ramen is AMAZING. I won’t lie… the ramen, sake, and cocktails are the only things on the menu I’ve tried so far. Everything looks and sounds amazing, but I tried the ramen the first time I went and loved it so much, so usually when I am going there, I’m craving that specifically. I LOVE THEIR TONKOTSU WITH BOK CHOY AND THE CHILI OIL ON THE SIDE SO I CAN ADD IT TO TASTE!! They also have some good sake and drink options! They definitely need to reprint the menu soon because there’s a good amount that I order and they are out of or don’t carry, but it’s not a huge deal. They just need to update it since it’s a reoccurring issue!

The servers are all so lovely and kind. They are attentive, helpful, personable, and care to remember you. I really appreciate all of the interactions I’ve had with them, their kind suggestions, and their conversation!

We always receive exceptional care from any Jeff Ruby’s establishment, but are so grateful to our amazing server Peter along with all of the other staff who took the time to make our family feel so special.
