“This is definitely our favorite Chinese food in the area! Food is always fresh. Love that it is a small, family run local eatery. Their veggie rolls are amazing!! This place never disappoints.”
“This is by far the best bar in the area. Open late. Always great service and a fun crowd. They have Golden Tee, 2 pool tables, lotto, darts, and a couple other games. If you're looking for a place to go where everyone knows your name, go here. Best bar of all time!”
“Changed review score. Was previously unhappy with my order. LaRosas at Edgewood did a wonderful job addressing the issue. They responded very quickly and went above and beyond to resolve. Very satisfied they did, Larosa’s is my favorite pizza!”
“Nice... Just wished they would've labeled our sandwiches... We ordered 5 sandwiches.. and we don't want to have to open every sandwich to see who is who... I understand subway workers aren't required to.. but understand COVID is still around....”
“The food was magical. Like sex it turned me on. The cheese was warm and nice. The meat was cooked to perfection. The service was so nice and heartwarming. The cinnamon twists were so good. Unlike many other locations, the cinnamon twists didn’t taste like lawn chemicals. They were warm and coated with love. The five layer burrito and chalupa were so Devine and good that I almost creamed everywhere. CLEAN UP IN AISLE MY PANTS!!! This Taco Bell feels like home and never take away the 5 dollar chalupa box.”
“Our counter persons was extremely nice and friendly very courteous made sure everything we asked for was on our tray and we enjoyed dining in the food was awesome as ”
“Your always gonna be pulled in line at the drive thru. If you are in a hurry I wouldn't recommend this place. The food is okay I guess for a McDonald's.”
“Very friendly atmosphere, one of the cleanest restaurants we ever visited. (especially asian kitchen). I am terribly sorry that i forgot our waitress name but she had a name with three letters (ending with "oi" i guess). Thanks again for such a lovely experience.”
“We are first timers here. HUGE shout-out to our server, Melanie. She was sweet and thoroughly efficient. We never had to ask for refills and she took great care of us. The fried pickles were delicious! I had the brisket street tacos and they were tasty. The fire roasted salsa that accompanied them was very good too. My husband had the Italian flatbread. He enjoyed it, but thought that the bacon was slightly overpowering the rest of the meats . The manager stopped by to welcome us back another time. Their customer service is a model for other establishments.”
“I don't usually write reviews, and I'm sure of all reviews mine doesn't make too much difference - but I could not let this one go without saying how truly amazing this was. My server Sarah (apologies if not spelled correctly) was absolutely amazing - gave me a free lil palette cleanser of the passion fruit sorbet (freaking amazing). You go in expecting to pay a good bill, but honestly it was SUPER reasonable for the amount of food I got, the service, food quality, and the environment.I felt super comfortable eating alone here, too, so bonus points for that. Also - the food is incredible. My taste buds were so jazzed about it. If I could recreate the sauce that came with the veal short rib, I'd put it on everything haha.Anyway, kudos to the chef, and kudos to my amazing waitress Sarah. Would come back to Cincinatti for this restaurant ❤️”
“My new favorite meal in Cincy. Our group of 6 ordered through more than half the menu, and not a single dish was just ok - they were all excellent. The bar is a great spot to enjoy your meal.”
“Authentic Hawaiian cooking - so delicious! Family owned and run. Excellent and friendly service. Don't pass up the custard pie (Val's mother's recipe)!”
“Charming old world home with Sicilian brick oven! The team was wonderful and very friendly. I travel frequently and always seek out small brick oven pizza's to try. I am excited to say that this is now my new favorite! The ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the crust is outstanding! It is an easy walk from Newport Aquarium, which means I will be going again and again. The cannoli pie is a great way to finish up the meal and will not disappoint. The owners were there and engaging and so welcoming!”
“While on spring break from Raleigh, North Carolina, my son and I made it a priority to visit Nolia Kitchen after hearing about it and Chef Jeff Harris' James Beard Semi Finalist. Located in the vibrant Over the Rhine neighborhood, known for its local restaurants and shopping, we planned our early dinner around this exciting hotspot. As we arrived at Nolia around 5pm, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The host was both kind and efficient, while our server impressed us with their sweet demeanor and extensive knowledge of the menu. Though we had already perused the menu, our server still took the time to share some additional offerings. With our choices in mind, we placed our orders, which included the following:- Gulf Oysters (6) from both the East and West Coast- Cauliflower- River CatfishTo complement our meal, I indulged in the delightful Goretti Park cocktail. Each dish was served with care and precision. My son particularly enjoyed the East Coast Oysters, while the cauliflower, accompanied by raisins and honey (we asked for it on the side), left a remarkable impression. Personally, my favorite was the catfish, paired with crawfish and grits. The combination of flavors was truly exceptional.During our visit, we were fortunate enough to meet Chef Jeff himself. He graciously shared his vision for the restaurant, adding to the overall amazing experience.Thank you, Chef Jeff Harris and team, for providing us with a memorable dining experience at Nolia Kitchen, worthy of your James Beard recognition.”
“Our favorite restaurant in the area. I'd put their filet mignon up against any steak house. Atmosphere is very laid back but classy. Drinks are unique and excellent.”
“Overall pretty neat restaurant! The menu is very limited - 3-4 options per course with 3 courses in total. Would appreciate bigger selection for this place. It’s not “fancy” enough to offer that limited menuAnd the atmosphere was not the best - a bit old/dated, not in a “antique-cool” way. Very simple interiorMeatballs were flavorfulAnd their duck is really goodHow they decided to bring out a ginger beer, after we ordered a ginger ale, because it is “ginger ale was not available, and this is the closest to it” will remain a mystery to me”
“Hands down my favorite place in all of Cincinnati. Food is fantastic. Service is over the top. Baklava is a must. Espresso Martini is impeccable! I love this restaurant!”
“This experience was… perfect. Sorry the photos aren’t the best quality, I was too excited to eat. The food was *chefs kiss* absolutely delicious and the service was fantastic. I wish I could give 10 stars— probably my new favorite place in Cincinnati.”
“We were here for a mid afternoon meal to celebrate a birthday. The Service was stellar, food was delicious and each person in our party of 5 loved their meal as well as the craft cocktails some of us enjoyed. It was my first experience having an apparel spritz and it was quite enjoyable. The price point per person with beer and cocktails was about $45 per person. I wasn’t sure how formal the attire would be and wore a casual dress with sandals. That was almost dressed up compared to most for the time of day, lots of shorts and jeans, if this helps anyone decide on what to wear. I highly recommend this establishment and will be going back.Dietary restrictions: The server made a point to ask if any of us had any dietary restrictions.”
“Went for a birthday dinner and had an excellent time. The service is impeccable--efficient, friendly, with all of the added touches of a fine dining establishment. The food overall was very good, although not perfect. The Amish chicken was a little too salty and the tartare was good but uninspired. The scallop was by far the best dish, I would come back again just for that!!Dessert was delicious, well balanced, with excellent pairings.Overall, would very much recommend.”
“Best Service I've had all year. The appetizers and dessert were phenomenal.Full disclosure, I found my penne dish a little dry, but the ingredients themselves were delicious. Do not skip ordering the bruschetta. An amazing meal that didn't leave me feeling gross. Thank ”
“We haven't had such a fantastic experience in a restaurant in so long, I forgot what it feels like. We were promptly seated by the hostess, and she was friendly. Our waitress was great and was very polite and attentive. I'll never get tired of having a refill for my drink set down in front of me before I have to ask. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the decor. I was glad we were almost finished when they sat a couple at the table next to ours, because it is a little close and you're right in each other's conversation. I got the salmon bruschetta to start, and it was so good. Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors blend beautifully. My girlfriend got the French onion soup, and that looked amazing. She said it tasted really good. We both ordered the filet mignon, and she wanted hers medium rare, and I wanted mine cooked medium. While both steaks were excellent, neither one was cooked as requested, and both were pretty rare. I'm going to let that slide, since everything else was so good. The smoked Gouda Mac and cheese is so damn good, I want the recipe. It's very creamy and delicious. The Brussels sprouts with bacon were excellent and I could eat a bowl of just that. We will definitely be back, and totally understand all the accolades now. Two thumbs up.”
“Always love mitas, and got the venison tartare this time! Great flavor and not gamey at all. Snag yourself a reservation to one of the top restaurants in the US!”
“Came here with a friend who frequents this place and I'm pretty impressed. We lined up on Easter at opening and they already had a line out the door, even in the light drizzle. The line stayed that way over the next hour that we hung out there. They do sell out of items so it's best to get there as early as you can! I'm more of a sweet tooth when it comes to baked goods, but the everything bagel croissant is a must-have here. The staff heat it before serving, and it's truly the best of both worlds - the butteriness and flakiness of a croissant, with the garlic scallion seasme flavors of an everything bagel. The raspberry almond croissant is also delicious, a good balance of tart and nutty. The salty chocolate chip cookie was also good - large chocolate chunks throughout. The vegan matcha brownie was an adventurous pick; I'm usually iffy about vegan baked goods, and this one had a texture closer to a fudge than to a brownie. I liked the chocolate and mint combo but couldn't get a hint of matcha. Similarly, the raspberry matcha doodle had plenty of raspberry but 0 matcha. Overall, the limited edition matcha flavored items fell flat, but the goods off the regular menu were great and reasonably priced. The space itself is bright, large enough to seat a few small groups, and nice to hang out in. Staff are also helpful and friendly. Check this place out and stick to their bestsellers, and you'll be in carb heaven.”
“Everything was very good. Between us we had ribeye with truffle butter and beef stroganoff. A twice baked potato was added along with drinks. The place was busy with everyone downtown for the evening and the staff handled it smoothly. Overall, a good experience and will return.”
“Wood fired, brick oven pizza! Some of the best crust I’ve had. Cozy environment, great bar selection. Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall a 10/10 experience. We got margarita, bbq chicken, hot honey and pepperoni.”
“Stopped on our way from Ohio to Nashville. Quaint little place. Friendly staff food was very good. Had the Burrata which was some toasted baguette pieces with mozzarella and tomato. Also had a Cobb salad and the special sandwich which was a toasted sandwich and cream of mushroom soup. Overall a very tasty stop.”
“The food is amazing. Be aware you might think the size is a little light but the flavor and care, absolutely amazing. I love the flavor and depth to it. I ended up finding Ming an amazing place today that I was dumb to not have tried before, so thank you Aaron and your family. Hope I spelled that right. Also as I stated your my new favorite spot I’ll see you tomorrow on lunch.”
“So happy we found this place! Have been maybe 3 or 4 times and it's great each time! The ricotta toast is simply epic. Best appetizer hands down!! The spaghetti and meatballs is also delicious!!!”
“About as close to NY Pizza as I've found since moving here from NY. Owner is from Syracuse so it makes sense. Actually ordered from them for my wedding and everything was perfect. The Greek is amazing, we always add extra garlic.”
