“Such a cool pizza restaurant! The vibe was fun and upbeat. We ordered take out, only took 25 minutes during the dinner rush and the pizza was delicious! We had the Pacific Rim minus the jalapeños, it was full of fresh flavor and had a sweetness to it. Boys loved their cheese pizza. The workers were really nice and talked with us. Recommend!”
“Great place with great people. Four diamond pool tables kept in excellent condition with lots of pool action. Local APA leagues and plenty of tournaments. Highly recommended.”
“We love this bar!!! The food is always great, no matter what you get. The bartenders are knowledgeable and super friendly. They have lots of fun shooters and drink promos. This bar is a great value and the pool tables will always keep us coming back!”
“Awesome beer! We ordered a flight and thought all of the selections were great. For food, we had the roast beef sandwich and the Midwestern chicken sandwich. Both were tasty. The roast beef was very tender and flavorful...I highly recommend it!”
“First time ever being to a Waffle House as we don't have very many of these in Michigan. But driving through Ohio and Kentucky they are everywhere! So we had to try it, and it didn't disappoint! Everything was good. I had the waffle house favorite, which came with eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns and a waffle. My kiddo ate his entire peanut butter waffle and loved it, and he's a picky eater! The servers were really nice and friendly. I liked the vibe of this place, old diner style where you can sit and watch them cook and they even have a jukebox.”
“They gave me a coupon for a slushy because I was so excited and the machine was down and I fully autism brain broke. She was super sweet and was patient with my dumb brain. Thank you ”
“Drive thru, about 40 minutes til close. Ordered a modified mcdouble, drink, and side of bacon. Staff were extra kind. Best McDonald's I've had I a while, fresh bacon and no pretending the frappe machine was down. Excellent.”
“Ordered a BMT wrap and loaded potato soup... OMG!!! The soup was AMAZING. Perfect ratio of ingredients (there's no skimping from these guys) to soupy-ness. The wrap was great as well. The store was clean and the staff was very friendly.”
“Great employees and great owner. The thai dishes are phenomenal and 5 stars review will be back soonVegetarian options: FRESH VEGETABLESKid-friendliness: Great with kids”
“The best gourmet experience that I ever Had. Deliciouse food, exquisite dishes and very professional service. I highly recommend to visit Alfio's restaurant.”
“I’ve been to mid city about 5 times, it was amazing the first time I went and every time I go it gets better. The staff are amazing people! They have nailed both food & service. When you eat here, they make every guest feel special. Just this week I went to a high end restaurant in Cincinnati and was treated like an inconvenience because I had an infant with me. Then I came to mid city and they were so accommodating of the baby. They knew who we were right when we walked in, they gave us a huge table with plenty of space, kept saying how glad they were we came, it was pouring rain outside so they gave us towels to wipe off, they helped us to our table, even helped carry the car seat. That’s how you run a restaurant. There’s a reason they have a 4.9 star rating on Google, it’s because I don’t think 5 star is possible.”
“Authentic Hawaiian cooking - so delicious! Family owned and run. Excellent and friendly service. Don't pass up the custard pie (Val's mother's recipe)!”
“Charming old world home with Sicilian brick oven! The team was wonderful and very friendly. I travel frequently and always seek out small brick oven pizza's to try. I am excited to say that this is now my new favorite! The ingredients were fresh and plentiful and the crust is outstanding! It is an easy walk from Newport Aquarium, which means I will be going again and again. The cannoli pie is a great way to finish up the meal and will not disappoint. The owners were there and engaging and so welcoming!”
“Our favorite restaurant in the area. I'd put their filet mignon up against any steak house. Atmosphere is very laid back but classy. Drinks are unique and excellent.”
“Great food , friendly staff. Wish they had fresh brewed iced tea though. The brisket is full of flavor and the chicken is also mouth watering . The patio is nice to sit outside on.”
“While on spring break from Raleigh, North Carolina, my son and I made it a priority to visit Nolia Kitchen after hearing about it and Chef Jeff Harris' James Beard Semi Finalist. Located in the vibrant Over the Rhine neighborhood, known for its local restaurants and shopping, we planned our early dinner around this exciting hotspot. As we arrived at Nolia around 5pm, we were warmly greeted and promptly seated. The host was both kind and efficient, while our server impressed us with their sweet demeanor and extensive knowledge of the menu. Though we had already perused the menu, our server still took the time to share some additional offerings. With our choices in mind, we placed our orders, which included the following:- Gulf Oysters (6) from both the East and West Coast- Cauliflower- River CatfishTo complement our meal, I indulged in the delightful Goretti Park cocktail. Each dish was served with care and precision. My son particularly enjoyed the East Coast Oysters, while the cauliflower, accompanied by raisins and honey (we asked for it on the side), left a remarkable impression. Personally, my favorite was the catfish, paired with crawfish and grits. The combination of flavors was truly exceptional.During our visit, we were fortunate enough to meet Chef Jeff himself. He graciously shared his vision for the restaurant, adding to the overall amazing experience.Thank you, Chef Jeff Harris and team, for providing us with a memorable dining experience at Nolia Kitchen, worthy of your James Beard recognition.”
“Best donuts in Cincinnati. Maybe the world? The line will be out the door every Saturday but the service is great and the staff is so friendly. Their donuts are the only reason I get out of bed before noon on the weekends. Long live Moe's!”
“Overall pretty neat restaurant! The menu is very limited - 3-4 options per course with 3 courses in total. Would appreciate bigger selection for this place. It’s not “fancy” enough to offer that limited menuAnd the atmosphere was not the best - a bit old/dated, not in a “antique-cool” way. Very simple interiorMeatballs were flavorfulAnd their duck is really goodHow they decided to bring out a ginger beer, after we ordered a ginger ale, because it is “ginger ale was not available, and this is the closest to it” will remain a mystery to me”
“Anthony G. was an amazing server. He always made sure we had everything we needed, was very interested in having conversations. He also helped up very well in understanding the menu and gave excellent advice and recommendations on what to order and how to order it. All together he gave us a great first experience, we will definitely come back due to that experience.”
“I came here for the lobster crab shrimp BLT and I thought I found the love of my life but not this time. I wish the filling of the seafood portion had more texture with pieces of meat. It puts me in mind of tuna salad. It’s a cold sandwich but the filling was ice cold. The French fries could use improvement as well. Overall the food wasn’t nasty but I wouldn’t order or recommend it. Over priced as well for what’s given. The restaurant is beautiful and I will definitely come back to try another dish. I sat at the bar and the young lady who took my order was very pleasant which is why I ate in.”
“I don’t understand the hype. The food is authentic Italian but heavy on the seafood. Extremely expensive for the portions. Atmosphere was cool and chic but not my style. Definitely not a family place. Absolutely a true foodie place for someone who wants to try outside of the box Italian food.”
“We were here for a mid afternoon meal to celebrate a birthday. The Service was stellar, food was delicious and each person in our party of 5 loved their meal as well as the craft cocktails some of us enjoyed. It was my first experience having an apparel spritz and it was quite enjoyable. The price point per person with beer and cocktails was about $45 per person. I wasn’t sure how formal the attire would be and wore a casual dress with sandals. That was almost dressed up compared to most for the time of day, lots of shorts and jeans, if this helps anyone decide on what to wear. I highly recommend this establishment and will be going back.Dietary restrictions: The server made a point to ask if any of us had any dietary restrictions.”
“Went for a birthday dinner and had an excellent time. The service is impeccable--efficient, friendly, with all of the added touches of a fine dining establishment. The food overall was very good, although not perfect. The Amish chicken was a little too salty and the tartare was good but uninspired. The scallop was by far the best dish, I would come back again just for that!!Dessert was delicious, well balanced, with excellent pairings.Overall, would very much recommend.”
“We haven't had such a fantastic experience in a restaurant in so long, I forgot what it feels like. We were promptly seated by the hostess, and she was friendly. Our waitress was great and was very polite and attentive. I'll never get tired of having a refill for my drink set down in front of me before I have to ask. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, and we enjoyed the decor. I was glad we were almost finished when they sat a couple at the table next to ours, because it is a little close and you're right in each other's conversation. I got the salmon bruschetta to start, and it was so good. Everything tasted so fresh, and the flavors blend beautifully. My girlfriend got the French onion soup, and that looked amazing. She said it tasted really good. We both ordered the filet mignon, and she wanted hers medium rare, and I wanted mine cooked medium. While both steaks were excellent, neither one was cooked as requested, and both were pretty rare. I'm going to let that slide, since everything else was so good. The smoked Gouda Mac and cheese is so damn good, I want the recipe. It's very creamy and delicious. The Brussels sprouts with bacon were excellent and I could eat a bowl of just that. We will definitely be back, and totally understand all the accolades now. Two thumbs up.”
“Out of town visitor and sweet family friends took me to dinner here! We explored many of the menu options but our favorites were the Moroccan spiced broccoli texture and crisp was perfect with the sauce served with it, and Crispy falafel was my favorite dish !Roasted beets & Lebna was also good. We also ordered the potato gnocchi but didn’t get to try it because I filled up on the other dishes that arrived first.Cute vibey atmosphere! Kind service.”
“Came here with a friend who frequents this place and I'm pretty impressed. We lined up on Easter at opening and they already had a line out the door, even in the light drizzle. The line stayed that way over the next hour that we hung out there. They do sell out of items so it's best to get there as early as you can! I'm more of a sweet tooth when it comes to baked goods, but the everything bagel croissant is a must-have here. The staff heat it before serving, and it's truly the best of both worlds - the butteriness and flakiness of a croissant, with the garlic scallion seasme flavors of an everything bagel. The raspberry almond croissant is also delicious, a good balance of tart and nutty. The salty chocolate chip cookie was also good - large chocolate chunks throughout. The vegan matcha brownie was an adventurous pick; I'm usually iffy about vegan baked goods, and this one had a texture closer to a fudge than to a brownie. I liked the chocolate and mint combo but couldn't get a hint of matcha. Similarly, the raspberry matcha doodle had plenty of raspberry but 0 matcha. Overall, the limited edition matcha flavored items fell flat, but the goods off the regular menu were great and reasonably priced. The space itself is bright, large enough to seat a few small groups, and nice to hang out in. Staff are also helpful and friendly. Check this place out and stick to their bestsellers, and you'll be in carb heaven.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this place, the gelato they serve, or the incredible people who work there. True story, they have a specific flavor I absolutely love (sunflower). I ask for it all the time. Well, I hadn’t been in for a few weeks and they had made it. Fortunately they saved me a large cup of it, and gave it to my daughter to give to me. That was so nice and thoughtful, THANK YOU so much.”
“The food here is the best Mediterranean I’ve encountered. We typically order the family platter and it’s always great. Service and timeliness are spot on. Highly recommended!”
“Always love mitas, and got the venison tartare this time! Great flavor and not gamey at all. Snag yourself a reservation to one of the top restaurants in the US!”
