“Four buddy's and I stopped by for our first visit last night. Gus was on point with his attentive service and knowledgeable beer descriptions. Tried the Crazy Norse(I'm not an IPAer, but it was fantastic) and the "Route 9"(a smooth Lager) Outstanding!! 👍👍 The Cod sandwich was excellent!! Ashley's prompt support with the food and drink delivery helped to make our visit a highly enjoyable experience! We'll be back soon!!”

“I love mellow mushroom been going there for years and will continue to do so however….. what in the heck did you do to those beautiful meatballs that used to be on the menu? This new thing is a shame to serve. You took a beautiful appetizer and simply ruined it. Yes I will continue coming to mellow mushroom but I certainly won’t order the new meatballs.”

“I’ll be honest it’s not a bad spot to drink at and the owner has always been super kind to me. The food is decent and I’d recommend getting the platter after drinking on a night out if the friers are still on. I personally get the chicken tenders with nacho cheese and the occasional mozzarella sticks. Karaoke is fun and I’ve been a pool shark since mid-college. Rom even taught me how to play pool! Location was such a huge thing for me back then and it was a prime bar living in Aspen Pines. Now I unfortunately do not approve of certain things and numerous people who they chose to keep and allow to work behind the bar top. Especially with their track records. It is still a dive/pool bar at the end of the day so I just choose to avoid it at all costs now. As I was told as a little girl “birds of a feather do flock together.” which just means I’m just not in the same flock as them and I am A-OKAY with that currently. Plus there are plenty of other bars to attend in both Ohio and KY. It’s just a shame because I did really like it at one point in time. 💙 Just know if you’re down for a good time they do know how to party and I will always root for them at a safe distance. “We love supporting our local businesses and love that nearly everything on the menu here is locally sourced. There are many positives for this restaurant, including warm & inviting service. The complimentary bubbly is also such a sweet touch! The ambience is unique and cozy so, overall, service is 10/10. I wish I felt differently about this next part, but I can’t say that the food is worth the price. It’s quite expensive for what it is. Nothing we received was bad by any means—it was good! But we had one entree (one of the cheaper options), two sides, two drinks, and spent nearly $200 after tip. In my opinion, charging $15 for a side of lightly seasoned roasted potatoes is too much, especially when the entrees easily run $60-80 by themselves. Plus, the average cocktail was $16. I would feel differently if everything tasted exquisite, but it all tasted good. Nothing particularly special, I hate to say. The spices in everything were conservative, and it seems that the majority of the flavor relies on the raw ingredients themselves. I applaud their choice of truly quality ingredients, but for the price we paid, I would expect a lot more flavor to be woven in via additional culinary choices.”

“My wife and I went to this restaurant today, after a great recommendation from one of my employees. This place is absolutely amazing! The food is fantastic, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the service is completely top notch! Literally better service than I have received probably ever, and we go to A LOT of restaurants. Literally, my wife’s napkin fell to the ground and after I picked it up, the lady who was the host to us seen it and brought her a new one. Drinks did not run dry, and every single member of the staff was helping out and conversing with us. The owner and chef even came out to shake my hand. What an absolute gem in Cincinnati. This is a place NOT to miss out on. And don’t forget to order the cornbread! Hands down the best I have ever tasted. We left and wished we were hungry again and could turn around and go back inside.”

They were amazing from the service to the food and they were very accommodating to all of our requests! Trish and Matt did an amazing job with service and then everyone kept going on about the food! “We drive the hour for their donuts as they are just that good! The chocolate icing is the best around. Last Friday I got to try the cherry bombs and apple cinnamon sugar donut and those are also so amazing. We’ve had their bread and danishes in the past and guess what? Also amazing 😊 only place we get donuts at anymore”

“Strong's new Newport location has noticeably "upped their game". I've been there the last two Fridays with a group for lunch and EVERYONE agreed that their pizzas were PHENOMENAL. The ingredients and flavor profiles were distinctly fresh and you could tell they aren't aiming to be "just another pizza joint"! 👍”

“If I could give them even more stars, I would!! The owner, Mike himself, took care of us while we were there and he was amazing! So kind and kept us smiling during our entire meal! He was so sweet with my 18 month old daughter, even giving her some suckers and a gift certificate for next time. Not only was the service top notch, but the food was to die for! We got specialty burgers and my daughter got chicken tenders, all of which were made fresh and perfectly cooked/seasoned! I can’t recommend this place enough. Already can’t wait to visit again!!”
