Once I asked for, and got, it turned up, only to have someone complain, so they turned it back down lol...my fault, but I love them anyway so I'm giving them a four”

“After driving 40 minutes to the Bright location to be told that they were closing early for a party (on a Friday night), we called the Ft. Wright location to verify their hours. So after another 40 minute drive we arrived at this location. The staff was very friendly! They continued to put out fresh pizzas even with our arrival 30 minutes prior to the buffet closing. Thank you Ft. Wright Snappy Tomato! The food was delicious and we greatly appreciate your friendly staff after the incident at the Bright location.”

“So I love french tips so I had to try the new French dip Royale it was really good I would suggest getting it without the sauce and just getting extra grilled onions”
