“Shamira and the team at our location on Columbia Parkway were amazing. They’re always fast and friendly. Let us try different samples to see what different flavors they have of cream cheese and makes the experience more and more inviting. It’s been a rough week due to the storms and flooding but this morning on June 19 her and the team made it all the better! We live 30 seconds away, so it’s very convenient for us to go to this location. They will be seeing our faces more often Due to the great service atmosphere and food!“

“Great bagels, some of the best I've found in Cincinnati. Nice people working there also. It was really loud inside the day I was there, with fans running and the music turned up. Had to yell a little to be heard. Hot too. But they do make bagels there, so maybe hot is part of the deal.“

“I came in Friday night after bad day at work and it’s safe to say these workers brightened my day. Rarely these days do you see a group of kids so mature, hardworking, and respectful. A lot of times in my experiences when it’s only teenagers working together they always goof around and don’t take their jobs seriously. But this group of kids was something special. Again I just wanna thank that friday night staff for making my night and putting a smile on my face!“
