“We had a rough start to our experience, had about an hour wait for a refill and our food was over cooked. BUT when I addressed management they were extremely concerned with making things right they, straightened everything out immediately! After the fix I can say next time I pass through I will be sure to stop again.“

“I love having this Starbucks in our local Kroger! Staff is very sweet and is always smiling. There are times where it is closed during an afternoon but I suspect it is due to employee breaks. They have the cup holders back which you use on the grocery carts. I’ve missed those. Overall this is a consistent and convenient Starbucks location.“

“Great vibes. In town for a baseball tournament and wanted to grab some good coffee. This place has excellent coffee, atmosphere was laid back, and the pricing was really affordable. Way better than Starbucks! We had the Graham Canyon and the Honeybee (I think). Highly recommend both. Cookies and coffee cake were a hit too.“

Owners were so personable and friendly, telling us their sweet love story while making our coffees. HIGHLY recommend a visit!“

“I went in today to get a coffee and I braved it and brought my 3 year old and 10 month old. It ended up being a hot mess express with bringing my kids for many reasons but the barista Samantha was so sweet, helpful and patient the whole time. Right after I got my coffee my baby spilled all of it everywhere and she stopped what she was doing immediately to clean it up and then got me another free drink despite me telling her not to and despite it being pretty busy. I felt horrible but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10, recommend this location! Thank you Samantha!“

“This place is relaxing and everyone is so sweet. Today went to get my daughter and I some food and unfortunately they didn’t have an item my daughter wanted. Alex helped us and was apologetic and offered to refund or make whatever my daughter wanted. Super friendly and everyone else was too. I’ve never had an issue out of this Starbucks. “I have never been to Biggby Coffee before (crazy I know!). Grace described everything perfectly, she was super sweet and very helpful and I didn’t hesitate to put a couple dollars in her tip jar. With not knowing the menu very well she described everything very clear and concise and when I told her my likes and drinks I was familiar with, she told me exactly what would be best for me! I have to tell you I have never had a better drink. also, she was training during my experience. It was very kind to her Coworkers. Would definitely rather this over Starbucks anytime. “They never do me wrong with the drinks. All I’ve tried is their coffee beverages but they hit every time. I always get an iced funnel cake blondie with caramel drizzle and cold foam and it’s always delicious. My one complaint is I really wish their parking lot was bigger or that their scheduling was at least better. The line can be horrendous sometimes with the traffic off 42.“

“I usually like to give good reviews, however, the customer service was not up to par today and could use improvement. The least someone can say is hello at the window, thank you and/or have a nice day. A little effort can go a long way in making a repeat customer.“

“Please train the staff on the new vanilla since they want to argue with me about it and keep making my drink wrong.
Vanilla shot - unsweetened vanilla
French vanilla swirl - sugary vanilla flavor
Sugar free vanilla syrup - an artificially sweetened vanilla flavor. It is SWEET it just has no sugar. I cant imagine how gross your protein vanilla lattees are here. This location is usually great but dont argue with me when I tell you ny drink was made wrong when you don't know what youre talking about“

“I almost never go to Starbucks. I have Not been in years. However, I do like to go for the caramel apple spice drink. The lady over the microphone informed me that they no longer have that drink, however, suggested a drink to make it taste like the one that I like. She was very informative and very helpful! I called to talk to her manager, and they said her name was Jordan! Thank you so much for all your help and my drink came out. Delicious, I even got a cake pop! I’ve never experienced that well of customer service at Starbucks so thank you so much“

“The people that work here are always so nice. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. On top of the spotless facilities and welcoming staff, my drink was made absolutely perfectly. Highly recommended if you need a quick reset on the road!“

The staff are mostly all young women. They are always nice and attentive but also hard working and staying busy.

The inside is clean, even the bathrooms.

I always feel welcome at this location.“

“I ask for less ice every time I order. I wish there was a no ice option. But they always fill the ice up to the ice line. This is after I’ve finished and it’s melted a bit but they did fill it to the ice line. And you can clearly see it says less ice on the cup.“
