I usually like to give good reviews, however, the customer service was not up to par today and could use improvement. The least someone can say is hello at the window, thank you and/or have a nice day. A little effort can go a long way in making a repeat customer.
My go to biggby location in Florence always making the drinks great!! 10/10 would recommend just about any drink on the menu
