Some days are better than others which is the main problem at this location. Consistency. Some days the coffee is fine, others it is so bitter it's not pleasant and ruins the coffee (referring to cold brew) Today was a bitter day. Its really unfortunate because when right, it's delicious. I don't mind the waiting but service could be faster too.

Had a coupon for free 16oz Caramel Marvel and was Charged $7.19. I handed the credit card machine back to the employee drive through at the Turfway location and she said she could not fix it. I then asked for the manager and the manager said she couldn’t correct the mistake that she didn’t know how. So one free 16oz coffee cost me $7.19. Wow

Got the salted Carmel hot drink and it tasted gross we asked to change out because it didn’t taste right and they wouldn’t make a new drink and said we had to pay for it. We won’t be paying for another drink when they won’t fix a previous one.

How do you screw up a black coffee order? I mean you just have to put it in the cup!
I love this place! I ordered a Honey Golden latte with matcha, not realising that it also has espresso. I went back to ask about it, because it didn’t have a bright yellow or the distinctive green color. They explained it all to me, showing me the products that they use, basically being so sweet in spite of my ignorance. They insisted on making me a new one. It was incredibly lovely and green! Thank you so much!!

Really disappointed in my hot chocolate this morning. It was only three forths cup full, it was only lukewarm, and no whip cream. Six dollars is pretty expensive for what I got.
