“I ask for less ice every time I order. I wish there was a no ice option. But they always fill the ice up to the ice line. This is after I’ve finished and it’s melted a bit but they did fill it to the ice line. And you can clearly see it says less ice on the cup.“

Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. “I have utilized many a Dunkin donuts restroom. On every occasion the bathroom was impeccably clean. They also have some of the best deals out of any chain coffee shop. They taste was better then Starbucks-- the drinks and food not their toilets“

“Food is great, bathrooms are clean, but service could always be better. Drive thru wait time okay, but the counter time is absolutely horrible, i ordered 2 big macs at the counter 1 for me and 1 for my friend. But it took them 15 mins for my sandwhiches, nearly made me late for work. The Mcdonalds in Crittenden is way better for their counter service.“
