“I ask for less ice every time I order. I wish there was a no ice option. But they always fill the ice up to the ice line. This is after I’ve finished and it’s melted a bit but they did fill it to the ice line. And you can clearly see it says less ice on the cup.“
“Stopped by this Dunkin' during a road trip home to grab a coffee and use the restroom, and I was thoroughly impressed. Hands down the cleanest and friendliest Dunkin' location I've ever visited. On top of the spotless facilities and welcoming staff, my drink was made absolutely perfectly. Highly recommended if you need a quick reset on the road!“

Vanilla shot - unsweetened vanilla
French vanilla swirl - sugary vanilla flavor
Sugar free vanilla syrup - an artificially sweetened vanilla flavor. It is SWEET it just has no sugar. I cant imagine how gross your protein vanilla lattees are here. This location is usually great but dont argue with me when I tell you ny drink was made wrong when you don't know what youre talking about“

“New to the independence area, and the Dunkin employees were very kind. I came at a time the entirety of independence wanted coffee😂 and the employees were very understanding and happy to help when I ordered the wrong drink despite all of the chaos.“

The staff are mostly all young women. They are always nice and attentive but also hard working and staying busy.
The inside is clean, even the bathrooms.

“This is the only Dunkin in the area that doesn't mess up the coffee and is consistent. Everywhere else seems like they're basically handing out $6 cups of creamer/milk. I come here and am always greeted with a smile, and they're polite.“

“An amazing Dunkin location. Friendly staff, always greets me when i walk in. Placing orders before i get there for drive thru pick up or in store pickup, it is always ready for me and quick process. Love ordering ahead. Get an iced coffee at least once a week.“
