I ask for less ice every time I order. I wish there was a no ice option. But they always fill the ice up to the ice line. This is after I’ve finished and it’s melted a bit but they did fill it to the ice line. And you can clearly see it says less ice on the cup.
My husband and I grabbed a couple donuts and coffee here the other day. It was later in the afternoon. I'm assuming that's why the donuts were hard and nasty. I took a bite and threw mine out. The coffee was good though. And the employee was nice. The store was clean.
I go to this Dunkin everyday and they are absolutely amazing! All the crew members are nice and very well trained. All of the managers ( especially managers Brianna and Delaney ) are always on the floor ready to help!

Dunkin' is a popular spot that many visit daily. The crew members are nice and very well trained. The managers are always on the floor ready to help. The staff is super friendly, greeting customers with a smile. The dining room is super clean and the bathrooms are very well up-kept. Service is super fast; hot coffee fast and food is fresh. Donuts are always fresh and delicious every time. The place is lively and welcoming. One manager was very nice to both customers and staff, earning a 10 out of 10 rating.
A customer noted that a coffee cake muffin was dried out and hard, but the manager resolved the reward points issue satisfactorily. The drive thru is backed up sometimes, yet the team works like a well oiled machine, keeping the line down with a calm demeanor. New fraps, such as cookie dough, were described as delicious. Donuts remain fresh even between breakfast and lunch. Many return for a treat, especially when ice cream is not an option. Overall, Dunkin' offers a good experience and remains a great place to visit.
