Service people were rude. We got 5 items. 3 items had hair in them. 1 was wrong. 1 was ice cold. They took the food back from the wrong burger and didn’t wash their hands afterwards and my daughter has strep so now everything they’ve been touching has strep all over it. And I’ve tried calling them about it 8+ times and they are too lazy to answer the phone
I went to Burger King on Mary Grubbs a couple hours ago to order food for a patient. We got zesty sauce instead of ranch. My chicken sandwich had 2 tops and was so tough I could not even eat the bun, almost like they sat out for days. Tried to call to talk to a manager but there was no answer. I used to work at Burger King in Florence and Crescent Springs and thier food was never like this. I am very dissapointed.

I would give this place negative stars if I could. No one answers at the drive thru to take order or even say they will be right with you. Ordered thru app and they still couldn't get the order in any reasonable time.
