Order was incorrect. Very disorganized. Star wars busy but did not seem to have any management to guide them. This is on Saturday August 8th at around 9:00 a.m.
The Carter kid at the window was great fast and polite.
New to the independence area, and the Dunkin employees were very kind. I came at a time the entirety of independence wanted coffee😂 and the employees were very understanding and happy to help when I ordered the wrong drink despite all of the chaos.
