“I rarely ever have issues with this location, staff is kind and always fast. A few visits ago, I did end up having a drink made incorrectly, however I didn’t know exactly what was wrong because it was a new drink I ordered. I ended up leaving anyway, but the barista Maria knew It wasn’t right, and she ended up stopping me before I could get in my car and she told me she wanted to make it correctly and be sure I was happy with my drink. That is just outstanding service and I greatly appreciated her for that.“

“Absolutely love Enlightenment coffee! The location is in a small strip mall off the Richwood exit. The cafe is nicely decorated and always so clean. “We got a vegan vanilla cake with a pistachio buttercream for my daughter's birthday. (It was sonic the hedgehog themed) and it was a delicious cake. The pistachio buttercream turned out to be a big hit with the guest. This place never disappoints.“

“Delicious Ethiopian food in Cincinnati. We got there late on a Sunday night. There were only 3 selections, that's why I gave them only 4 starts. But the service was very friendly, they were attentive and the food we got was absolutely delicious! We also got a cup of Honey wine, which was a good experience too. If this was what we got late on a Sunday night, I can't imagine what we had gotten if we had come at a better time. Not in the photo is a side of flavourful lentils we added after. The also have great smoothies a large tea selection as well as chocolate and candy. “Just a small drive thru building in the parking lot of a strip mall, I almost missed it on an early morning. I'm always shocked at coffee shops that open at 8am but Jets was there to save the day when I was in town bright and early on a Friday! The creme brûlée latte (with an extra shot) was great and served up by a friendly barista!“

I went back to ask about it, because it didn’t have a bright yellow or the distinctive green color. “I walked in and waited in line for about 3.5 minutes, and then when it was my turn to order I asked for a vanilla iced coffee. And then the barista called me a nincompoop and told to jump off of a bridge. Then proceeded to chuck a boiling hot coco with marshmallows at my face. Then she tackled me to the ground and poured hazelnut coffee syrup in my eyes. I causally picked her up and threw her into a elderly customer. Her name was Janice. I then Walked to the back and made myself a vanilla iced coffee. The decorations and music were great. It was a very calming atmosphere.“
“Favorite coffee shop. They give you strong coffee. If you like sweet best to ask for double flavor shot. Because they give you double shot coffee no extra charge here. Always good staff. And they make your drink how you like. But please don't ask them like 5 different ways to Sunday for 1 drink. “First time ever going there, I stood at the counter for at least 10 solid minutes while an employee tried to enter my order (but they had just opened this brand new location). Just the other day I sat in the drive thru 2 cars back from the window not moving for what felt like an eternity. The other times I've visited were great though. Employees are always very nice and I love Dunkin coffee. I'm very glad this area now has a drive thru Dunkin.“
“I recently hosted a breakfast wedding reception for my daughter at the Greenwich House Gallery in Cincinnati. Because breakfast is the bride and groom’s favorite meal and coffee is a must with breakfast, we knew adding a breakfast bar to the festivities would be an added bonus—not only for them, but for their guests as well. And we were certainly right! Not only was having lattes, cappuccinos, pour over coffee, teas and speciality drinks a big hit, but Marilynn made sure everything was served to perfection. She even had to tweak her proportions to accommodate the ceramic mugs we requested she use. It was obvious from the beginning, when we first met Marilyn, that she was a professional with an expanded knowledge and love of coffee. She was delightful to work with, arrived early, and was set up and ready to go prior to her contracted time. She even prepared a menu displaying the names of drinks prepared in advance by the bride and groom. It was that added personal touch that convinced us Marilynn’s Valet Coffee service was the right choice for us. And she did not disappoint. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed having the coffee bar and they were especially impressed with Marilynn’s cheerful attitude and efficiency. I would highly recommend Valet Coffee for any occasion!“
