“I almost never go to Starbucks. I have Not been in years. However, I do like to go for the caramel apple spice drink. The lady over the microphone informed me that they no longer have that drink, however, suggested a drink to make it taste like the one that I like. She was very informative and very helpful! I called to talk to her manager, and they said her name was Jordan! Thank you so much for all your help and my drink came out. Delicious, I even got a cake pop! I’ve never experienced that well of customer service at Starbucks so thank you so much“

“Great vibes. In town for a baseball tournament and wanted to grab some good coffee. This place has excellent coffee, atmosphere was laid back, and the pricing was really affordable. Way better than Starbucks! We had the Graham Canyon and the Honeybee (I think). Highly recommend both. Cookies and coffee cake were a hit too.“

Staff is wonderful and the coffee is top notch. They have a wall filled with local artists and small businesses. So you can shop while your coffee is made.
They also have a shaded spot out back and seating out front in the summer time.“

“I went in today to get a coffee and I braved it and brought my 3 year old and 10 month old. It ended up being a hot mess express with bringing my kids for many reasons but the barista Samantha was so sweet, helpful and patient the whole time. Right after I got my coffee my baby spilled all of it everywhere and she stopped what she was doing immediately to clean it up and then got me another free drink despite me telling her not to and despite it being pretty busy. I felt horrible but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10, recommend this location! Thank you Samantha!“

“100x better than the one down the street! Friendly staff, good selection and more to choose from than the other one down the road.

This location has better variety while the 24 hour one down the street is either lazy or cheap and did away with the Boston Cream Donut holes as well as the jelly filled. Once the other location gave me 50 donut holes of mostly one type (chocolate and a few plain glazed) without telling me that they decided to take the lazy and or cheap route and no longer will have Boston Cream Donut holes.

This location still has my favorite Boston Cream Donut holes so I get the 50 pack assorted with it heavy on the Boston Cream ones. Because this location isnt taking the cheap and/or easy route and still has the full variety, I plan to stop in and purchase some every single time I come through.

Very friendly staff and great products at a good value. Under $15 for 50 donut holes of your choice, yum yum better go get sum.....“

“I’ve started patronizing Biggby for the last couple months. I stopped to get a coffee but was unfamiliar with the menu. The employees were kind, patient, and helpful. They let me know that all the drinks could be altered to meet my needs/wants. I often get the tropic without sparkling water-substitute w lemonade w zip. I have visited several other Biggby stores but this one without fail always makes it the best and my order is always correct. My daughter also has lactose intolerance an we have to sub regular milk for almond milk and we’ve never had a problem. The staff is always kind, pleasant, and efficient. I go to this store above others even if it’s out of the way bc I know I won’t be disappointed. I visit way too often and have never been dissatisfied.“

“The only authentic Ethiopian cuisine in Cincinnati. Expect to pay about $50 for two people. Have a look at my pictures; we ordered three sets this time. They used to have different options when you chose different ingredients, and they would calculate the price later. It was still about $50-$60. Very delicious. I didn't like the lentil part; it had an old oil taste, but it was still good.
A clean place, could be better. Definitely need some deep cleaning and some good styling.“

“They never do me wrong with the drinks. All I’ve tried is their coffee beverages but they hit every time. I always get an iced funnel cake blondie with caramel drizzle and cold foam and it’s always delicious. My one complaint is I really wish their parking lot was bigger or that their scheduling was at least better. The line can be horrendous sometimes with the traffic off 42.“

Sugar free vanilla syrup - an artificially sweetened vanilla flavor. It is SWEET it just has no sugar. I cant imagine how gross your protein vanilla lattees are here. This location is usually great but dont argue with me when I tell you ny drink was made wrong when you don't know what youre talking about“

“Our favorite casino! It's huge, big variety of slot machines. They always have opening on the table games! The blackjack dealers are all super friendly. Free soft drinks and a great inexpensive restaurant right in the middle of the casino. The hotel rooms are nice and clean. Highly recommend!“

“I want to give a personal review on Tameka Ousley. She was the one that took care of me on August 6th 2026. She was so friendly, helpful and made sure to make me feel like I was welcome. It was my birthday and it was my first time visiting a Dunkin donut, Ive been wanting to try Dunkin for a long time so I figured I'd treat myself on my birthday! She made me feel so special, the drink I chose was perfect, so delicious, I can't remember the name of the drink exactly but it was a pink refresher strawberry flavored and omg it was amazing! My son even liked it and he normally doesn't like stuff like that. Since it was my birthday she told me to pick a donut to try on her, she ended up giving me two donuts which were also amazingly good. I tried to Carmel glazed one. She definitely made my experience wonderful. I even went back today to try something new because she made me feel that welcome and everything was so good! My son wanted to try a mocha iced coffee drink and it was good too, I'm not a big fan of mocha but it actually was better than any I've ever tried. I definitely will be visiting this Dunkin again! Tameka thank you for making me feel special on my birthday ❤ she definitely deserves to know she is wonderful!! I can't wait to go get another pink refresher or to try something else!!“

The staff are mostly all young women. They are always nice and attentive but also hard working and staying busy.

The inside is clean, even the bathrooms.
