Coffee and food is always hot and fresh, but I usually have hear employees talking very loudly when I walk in. Usually bad mouthing other employees, talking about other customers, or their plans for the weekend. It almost makes you feel like you are interrupting them when you walk through the doors. This is infact one of the many American staples. Their service is fast, food is pretty good. A great selection, and they have this companion app to order ahead, and pretty much skip the wait.
