It's very frustrating trying to order in the drive-thru. Cutting me off from trying to finalize my order and pull up. I needed 2 coffees, a donut, and some bites. It's not a huge order.

Every time I go to this Duncan and get my coffee the lady literally charges me 50 cent for a water that I'm not ordering for the cookie crumbs I've already called corporate waiting for a response back because at the end of the day if you have to charge someone for cookie crumbs there should be a button for

Never go in the morning the food was cold the employees are rude and they had a problem with me telling them that and didn't warm my food up so going in the mornings are not it at this

I wish I could give zero stars. I asked for a sausage and cheese croissant they added egg and I’m allergic to egg and could die from it. NO APOLOGY just said they could make it over I said no thank you can I have the loaded potatoes they put about 7 potatoes and STILL NO APOLOGY from them almost killing me. I asked for a number to corporate but she said they are a franchise. OF COURSE that’s why there was no apology while being really nasty she even took the coffee back after I had to return TWICE and NEVER EVEN SAID SORRY. I’LL NEVER GO BACK

This location has now messed up a pretty simple drink order 3 times in 1 week.I came through the drive through last weekend and ordered a hot macchiato with coconut milk and french vanilla swirl. I pay for the order, immediately the manager or a supervising employee says hey this new employee just realized their mistake and charged for an iced drink which is more let me correct it. They do, no worries.However, I get home and take my first sip and the drink is not as I ordered but a general macchiato, no flavor and not coconut milk. I'm not happy but don't want to waste time going back to the store so I call. I speak with the employee who 'fixed' the order initially. They apologize and give me a drink credit when I come in next. Okay, great, exactly what I would expect to be the fix. No worries.Yesterday I went through the drive through and there was a different crew working. I tell them I have a drink on credit, and explain what it was, they read it back as not the order I just gave them. I say no, it is this to which I'm told yes sir I have it here. When I get to the window they try to give me someone else's order. I reiterate what the case was(free drink sure to mess up) and what was. They say oh okay it's coming up. Perfect.The employee at the window then asks if I want it any special way. I look puzzled at her I say no, I want it how I ordered it is all. I get told they are putting special love into it it'll be right up.I get it, take a drink and immediately it is exactly what happened previously.How do you screw up the same way across employees so tremendously? At this point I can't recommend this location for anyone. That's upsetting because clearly there is a breakdown in training employees or making sure they are focused at work.If I had a complicated order, sure I get it. I even understand people making mistakes, but 3 mistakes in a row isn't mistakes, it's bad practice and it falls to Management and the owners.Do better, this is unacceptable and absolutely ridiculous. Coffee and donuts is what you do, and you clearly aren't doing it properly.

Coffee and food is always hot and fresh, but I usually have hear employees talking very loudly when I walk in. Usually bad mouthing other employees, talking about other customers, or their plans for the weekend. It almost makes you feel like you are interrupting them when you walk through the doors. If I don't order ahead I usually come second to whatever conversation is happening.Parking: Only a few parking spots, so if they're busy you might have to park on the opposite side of the building

This is infact one of the many American staples. Their service is fast, food is pretty good. A great selection, and they have this companion app to order ahead, and pretty much skip the wait. There are countless times I'm on my way to school, and I go on the app, while on the bus, and boom, by the time I get there, my food is ready.Parking: The parking is shared with the BP Gas Station so, it's exactly what to expect, about 6 to 8 spots, and with the grab and go experience of Dunkin, it's all you need.
