I don't like the way that I believe the manger talks to her employees just talks to them like they don't know anything! I asked for five cream five sugar same as always so I know what it taste like I go back in she says did u get a latte an I said yes an she says "oh they an strong and shrugs her shoulders!
Don't know his name but he's usually the only man there at around 5am; he's the worst at his job. Everytime he makes my coffee it's disgusting and he is consistently rude. He is extremely slow and it's exhausting getting to work late because he doesn't want to answer the headset in a timely manor or serve the guests with any type of speed at all. This is the 7th coffee in less than 30 days he has messed up of mine and my order isn't difficult.

Just stopped for a cup of coffee. As a general rule I wish all restaurants would spend 5-10 minutes each hour and clean the glass at your front doors. The past few food and beverage places I've been to, the front doors look horrible.
