This Dunkin can't get a drink right for anything! The woman from India, that is ALWAYS taking orders is angry and aggressive. She repeats your order back wrong then when you try to correct her she has attitude... then you get your drink and it is STILL WRONG, after all of that! Horrible customer service. Ive noticed they never have a line anymore.... this lady that is getting everyones order wrong, will shut them down eventually.I drive out of my way to a different Dunkin now... I recommend the new Drive thru Dunkin Go on Turfway.Good service, drinks, and food.

The lady yelled at me through the drive through then gaslighted me that I ordered a “turtle” latte when those words never came out of my mouth, would not make me my correct drink after telling me I ordered a medium turtle latte when I only said large churro latte. Refused to remake it or help in any way so I took the damn drink! Love Dunkin!

Couldn't make a drink to order if their life depended on it, but no worries after the abrasive indian woman argues with you that you ordered it wrong, they will remake it, then when she places the visibility different drink next to the disposal water she claimed was right she will tell you you can go somewhere else. I was unaware adding cream and vanilla flavoring to coffee was such a difficult task but this is the third time this week they messed it up. Thankfully Turfway DD never seems to have this issue.

Stopped in this morning after work around 7:30am. There were 3 employees by the counter I said hello, no response so I’m like ok they must be busy so I looked at the cups for a minute then went back to the counter said good morning. Again no response from any of them at this point I was annoyed so I said hi one more time, NOTHING nobody even acknowledged I was there so I said nevermind and went to the Taylor mill location where I received EXCELLENT service!!! I will never return to this location and I’ll make sure to warn others of how rude the employees at this location are!!

The women behind the counter were the most rudest people that I have ever met! I gave her an easy order, a coffee and a hot chocolate, and she got that wrong, then BLAMED me for the wrong order! Just drive past this place!

Just stopped for a cup of coffee. As a general rule I wish all restaurants would spend 5-10 minutes each hour and clean the glass at your front doors. The past few food and beverage places I've been to, the front doors look horrible.

Just don't. The coffee was bitter and oversweet. The donuts were dry and greasy. The service was not friendly. They don't allow customers to use the restroom.
