I rarely ever have issues with this location, staff is kind and always fast. A few visits ago, I did end up having a drink made incorrectly, however I didn’t know exactly what was wrong because it was a new drink I ordered. I ended up leaving anyway, but the barista Maria knew It wasn’t right, and she ended up stopping me before I could get in my car and she told me she wanted to make it correctly and be sure I was happy with my drink. Service was GREAT!!! ONLY problem I have is that this is a Starbucks inside of Krogers and they STILL have not rolled out with the new system yet to scan the QR Codes for points... This is the ONLY one close to me and of course I can't get points unless I buy a gift card SMH

The older burrista Jerry SERIOUSLY needs a raise and I hope someone that can make that happen sees this! I truly believe he's what keeps most of us coming back, even if it's not a big one, that man deserves SOMETHING!
