The staff is so sweet and kind! Best experience I’ve ever encountered at a Chipotle!
Staff was very friendly, but the food really missed the mark this time: the rice wasn’t cooked properly, the black beans had almost no flavor, and the pico de gallo was cut in pieces way too big. Honestly, this has been the worst food experience I’ve had at this location. Hoping it was just an off day, because the quality is usually much better.
Ordered the new honey chicken then they put double in my wife’s bowl and refused to charge us standard price. The manager wouldn’t give us the cinco de mayo deal and proceeded to charge us an extra $4.70 for double chicken that wasn’t asked for with no solution to solve the problem. The manager couldn’t be bothered. The food was good but that’s about it
