I will not be going back to this location! I walked in to order I got my bowl and at the end there was no lettuce. If I had known that I would have gone to a different location as I usually get heavy lettuce. They said sorry we are completely out. I noticed they had it on the area where they make to go orders and asked to get a little for my bowl. The cashier was very rude so I spoke to the manager who reluctantly gave me a small side of lettuce. She said we aren't supposed to do this and I thought to myself well you aren't supposed to run out of your main ingredients!

I swear they give me the smallest serving every time, the person in front of me got the exact same thing, they made his 2x the size of mine. Food was salty, found a piece of corn in my sour cream, there was food all over the counter. The steak was super super salty. I guess they just pick favorites on how much food they’re gonna give you

Me and my daughter went to get food from this place, and the service sucked! Not so much for customer service, we asked for two burritos and the person that did them didn't even fold the tortilla right, he barely put any steak and rice! Dint seem like the usual portions that chipotle gives. Then when we went to pay the person at the register wasn't nice at all! She was rude! Never coming back to this location.

Ordered through the mobile app and when we picked up our food one of our bowls was literally half full, and our other bowl wasn't correct either, but at least had the full portion size. As if thats something to applaud. The most upsetting thing is when I try to reach out to any sort of customer service to get this experience rectified I am just sent to an AI chat bot that tells me thanks for the feedback but offers no support whatsoever. It just seems like this company doesn't care about the quality of their food or customer experience anymore as within the last year I have just had bad experience after bad. Save yourself the trouble, there are many other delicious burrito places in the area where the service is friendlier, portion sizes better and price way more affordable.

Just avoid this one and US. 42. It’s like it’s ran by the same room temp IQ management at both locations. Orders are always wrong, portions are off completely, and they just don’t care. You see the problem in the reviews. It’s always messed up orders or portion size. We are paying with our hard earned money for a good, and you are screwing over people by not giving them what they order.
