My husband and I recently moved, and a friend told me about Granny's Garden. I stopped in on Thursday with the intention of only browsing, To my surprise, it was the most peaceful, friendly place I've ever visited. I hung around for about 2 hours, ate lunch, which was fantastic, bought a few things, and chatted with an employee and met one of the owners. Great family friendly small business. It’s a great lunch place to eat, or grab food from the cooler for dinner. They have something for everyone. Prices are more than fair as well.
Perhaps the crown jewel of hidden gems. Everything I have had here has been the best version of the thing that I had. You owe it to yourself, to have lunch at Grannys.

Granny's Garden is a charming spot offering delicious food and friendly service. They have a variety of homemade items like pies, meals, and jams for sale. The chicken salad and pulled pork are highly recommended. The store smells amazing and the chicken and dumplings and meatloaf are must-tries. While not a typical restaurant, they do offer dine-in options during lunch hours. Visitors often enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, and the small menu features real homemade food that punches above its weight in flavor. They also sell killer small desserts, firecrackers (hand seasoned saltine-style crackers), country-style sides in tubs, whole pies and cakes, salsas, hot sauces, honey, and candles. Outside, a little greenhouse displays flowers and veggies for sale. The staff is very friendly and the place is known for its home-cooked meals. It is considered a hidden gem where everything served is the best version of itself, making it a truly remarkable and delightful place to enjoy a home-cooked meal.
