Food and beverages were good but we were done eating lunch before our drinks were even started. 2 people working and 2 standing around telling the two working how they should be doing stuff
This is my go to Starbucks, literally go here every day. It’s just annoying that I can order a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso for $7 or I can order a shaken espresso with brown sugar, cinnamon and oatmilk for $5 now that they don’t charge for nondairy milk. Every time I order it as a shaken espresso it’s like they purposely make it nasty so I will pay the extra $2 for the SAME drink. I don’t get it.

This Starbucks, located in Kroger, is highly recommended for its friendly staff and convenient location. A polite clerk named McKenzie makes a fabulous cup of coffee and gets orders right. However, there is no sense of urgency, as staff sometimes talk to Kroger associates instead of focusing on speed. One regular customer finds it annoying that ordering a brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso costs $7, while a shaken espresso with brown sugar, cinnamon, and oatmilk is $5, yet the same drink is made poorly to push the pricier option. Another customer praised the location for making new drinks when extra coconut milk was requested, unlike the Kroger Starbucks.
