Normally I have a good experience coming to this Starbucks and have come here for years. Unfortunately it has become a common occurrence that when I order a venti drink they leave 1-3 inches of the drink empty. I’m getting charged for a venti while I’m receiving a grande. People go to Starbucks for the elevated quality of coffee and service and are willing to pay the extra money for it. Was there last night and the young man taking orders was in a sleeveless basketball shirt - ewww!
I love this Starbucks! Staff is always super friendly and the service is quick. Drinks are always correctly made and delicious.
