By far the worst starbucks experience I've ever had. My signature frap was a little off and I asked if I could be remade. The employee "Jaylen" told me if I did not like my drink, that I could go elsewhere down the street.... totally unexceptable coming from a customer service profession. This girl needs to be fired!!!!

Walked up to get a hot coffee just before 530pm. Asked if she had Sumatra. She didn't know what that was, so I asked what the bold blend was, she said she just poured it all out. I asked if they had Pike Place, she said she just poured out all the coffee. She said what time is it? And looked at her watch said it was 530pm and it's too late for coffee. I asked what time she closed, she said 800pm. I asked are you going to brew more coffee, she said no. Then offered me espresso. I told her nevermind and walked away. I heard someone say "whatever" as I walked away.

I would generally give Starbucks like a 3-star review because it’s overpriced garbage. This particular location deserves a special place in hell though. It’s always slow. Often sold out of things that don’t show sold out in the mobile app. Once handed us a grilled cheese still in the plastic wrapper, told us the oven was down, and directed us to take it to another location and ask them to toast it.Today they were accepting mobile orders. Showed up a couple minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and nothing was there. About ten minutes later I was told they weren’t taking online orders and to cancel online (news to the app apparently). Went to go wait in the stupid long line and as I got to the front 15-20 minutes later, find out the oven is down. There was also a sign by the register saying they weren’t taking online orders (which makes no sense to be at the one place an online order doesn’t go instead of by the pickup location).I would rather eat dog food than return to this location. Wife has been instructed to never ask again.

I love having this Starbucks in our local Kroger! Staff is very sweet and is always smiling. There are times where it is closed during an afternoon but I suspect it is due to employee breaks. They have the cup holders back which you use on the grocery carts. I’ve missed those. Overall this is a consistent and convenient Starbucks location.

Arrived with one person before me. Young lady was very polite when taking my order but it was the note that came when my coffee that made me make this review. A note that thanked me with a “have a great day.” Nice touch. Thank you Olivia for the great coffee and service

I was standing in line for 30 minutes. They have 1 person working on a Sunday morning. There was no expresso no cold brew. I genuinely don't understand how management is okay with letting a high populated area go understaffed and not equipped as a functional business. The young man working was truly kind and helpful and hope he gets a raise or looks for work else cause no employee should have to deal with that.

Typically order a Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino in the morning varying in size. Sometimes the wait in the drive thru varies but isn't too long (never more than 10 min). Product is usually consistent - sometimes there have been larger ice chunks but nothing that is undrinkable or changes flavor. I've never gotten food here, but have gotten a pup cup. Drive-thru service is usually very nice, polite and professional. I've never been inside either.
