Nobody here and it took 45 minutes to get my food which was horrible. The 3 ladies working were just gossiping and having a grand old time while I’m just sitting here waiting. Horrible and disgraceful customer service and these 3 ladies should not have jobs.

This place used to be good. I would drive all the way over to this casino just for the burgers. Now, the personnel have a bad attitude. They wish you were not there. They told one of the customers that he had to get his burger to go because they would close in a half hour. No other customers. They do not put all the menu says on the burger. You have to ask. This place is not good. They get your orders completely wrong. When you ask about it they act all tough like it's your fault. Horrible employees. The burgers took forever. All the cheese and toppings were wrong. The fries were so over fried, they were hard, cold and hollow. It took over 30 minutes to get our food. We spent $37.00 for 2 bad burgers and fries. We will not eat there again. Management needs to teach employees customer service.
