The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better...read full review
The music in the bathroom has to go. It's too loud.
Food was very fresh, got all the sauces I asked for and best of all the workers were very pleasant. Seems like they enjoy this location.

The manager openly compliments the staff and shows appreciation for their work, creating a pleasant experience. The food is standard hamburger joint fare, but the shakes are considered better than Sonic's blasts. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall, Steak 'n Shake is a must-visit restaurant that is sure to impress.
