Every time I come something is messed up. Below is a spicy potato soft taco with no lettuce?? And the cheesy bean and rice burrito I ordered with it had the same sauce as this, which I’ve never had before. Other times I’ve literally received the complete wrong order. I’ve also gone for breakfast, sat in line a bit after they’ve opened, and been told they aren’t open and to basically F off. Why can’t you open on time? Or not mess up orders? I went to Taco Bell on Mt. Zion road on February 10th 2024 and let me tell you I'll never be back to that location. My wife placed a mobile pickup order at 6:45pm, I work around the corner and get off work at 7pm so easy peasy right? I arrived at the Mt Zion store around 7:05 and I'm the only one in the store besides the 2 cars in the drive thru. Love their kiosks... Able to customize your food, had no clue all of the different options for a nacho bel-grande... Game changer!!! You can add all of the extras, cheese, onion, jalapenos, ? s, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, turned an otherwise plain nacho into something delicious!!! Oh, and ask for your chips on the side!!! No more soggy chips!!!
