“I changed my review from 2-star to a 5-star. There was an issue with my order, and it happened a couple of times. At first, I didn't think much about it - stuff happens. People are making sandwiches and sometimes orders are a bit off. But when it repeated, I ended up writing a poor review.

The store manager immediately followed up and called me about the issue. He was very courteous, and to me, it speaks volumes about how he does care about his service and the customers. I feel bad to have harshly judged the establishment, but I think in the end we are all better for it. The store hopefully is more careful in making their orders, and I probably will think before I write a harsh review. I'll definitely do business with this store and recommend it to others.

“Went to Penn Station for lunch. My brother needed a ride to CEI for an exam. While I waited on him, I went to Penn Station.

I had a 9” Turkey-Bacon sub, French Fries, and lemonade. The sub was heavenly, right off the grill fresh. The French fries were perfect, not too much salt and some had a little skin still on them. The lemonade was also good. It tasted fresh squeezed, without a heavy, sugary aftertaste. I was the only one there so there was no delay between food preparation and eating. Since the Turkey-Bacon sub was on special, the price was right too. I throughly enjoyed lunch.“

So I called McAlister’s to let them know since I already paid for it, if they’d just hold it for me until my wife got off work, I’d come get it & just have it as leftovers. Zach answered the phone & said, “I gotta go to the bank anyway, so how about I just drop it off at your house.” Talk about above & beyond customer service! He even gave me a VIP card for a free meal when he dropped my food off. Everyone there is always so nice. I just love my local McAlister’s.“

Let me tell you — the subs are GOOD! The new Chicago-Style French Dip is seriously impressive. Flavorful, satisfying, and definitely worth ordering. And the Memphis? Very, very good! 👏🏾

The Mac & Cheese could use a little more attention, but the regular salad is actually really good and fresh.

Now let’s talk about the sleeper hit: 🍍🍋 the new Pineapple Upside Down Lemonade. And the pineapple upside down cheesecake Those are keepers. A signature drink in my book. Definitely something I’d come back for.

But what really stood out to me was the management. I had a few mix-ups during my visit, but instead of brushing them off, the management stepped up and made sure I was properly taken care of from start to finish. That kind of customer service matters.

So overall, I highly recommend this location. Great food, a standout new drink, and management that actually cares about the customer experience.

“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time. Even the restroom. Then.. the service was excellent! They were so friendly and professional and dawned cute Subway headbands. I got my sandwich and it's one of the best balanced in ingredient ratio that I've ever gotten from a Jersey Mike's. I asked for light mayo and mustard because I hate when a sandwich slides apart while I'm eating it and they nailed it. The bread is perfect. Not stale, but not so soft as to mush apart.

The employees were super pleasant, despite how busy it was. Absolutely amazing location.“
