“The person behind the counter was very friendly and a good conversationalist. All the food was clean and fresh. The bread was fresh and soft. I got 2 half sandwiches for me and my mother and we both thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches.

Vegetarian options: They have onions, pickes, different cheeses, cucumber slices, lettuce, tomatoes., peperoncini, jalapenos, bread, different sauces.

Parking: Part of a strip mall, so lots of parking. Have never seen the lot full.

Wheelchair accessibility: You may have to go to the part of the curb that lets wheelchairs come up to the level of the entrance. There is plenty of room inside the restaurant to maneuver a wheelchair.“

They are incredibly friendly, funny, if you are a frequent customer they remember you, if you’re a rewards memeber they will tell you if you have any $ off at the register you want to use. “I ordered the Angus beef hamburger & it was one of the best I’ve had in Cincinnati & definitely the best that I have had at that price point. I liked the way they had the pickles & Dijon mustard on the side, I used both & the pickles seemed homemade. My side was coleslaw & that was delish as well. I ordered online for pickup & even though they had a lot of cars in the drive through, my order was made quickly. I definitely recommend!!“

“First penn station I’ve went to that was different then my usual. The place was super clean. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. My food was made right. It was made fresh. And both the man and women with the wrist brace on made sure my sub wasn’t sloppy. I didn’t have sauce dripping all over or meat falling out. The drink dispensers were clean and free of old sticky pop. Both were quick friendly and it was an overall great experience.“

The food was fresh, the portion sizes are very generous, a great value in this 2026 economy. The ladies behind the counter are very polite. The restaurant was very clean. “I changed my review from 2-star to a 5-star. There was an issue with my order, and it happened a couple of times. At first, I didn't think much about it - stuff happens. People are making sandwiches and sometimes orders are a bit off. But when it repeated, I ended up writing a poor review.

The store manager immediately followed up and called me about the issue. He was very courteous, and to me, it speaks volumes about how he does care about his service and the customers. I feel bad to have harshly judged the establishment, but I think in the end we are all better for it. The store hopefully is more careful in making their orders, and I probably will think before I write a harsh review. I'll definitely do business with this store and recommend it to others.

This might seem much ado about an order of sandwiches, but there's more to it. The follow-up by the manager is what customer service is about. He went above and beyond. In an industry where the margins are slim and establishments are dealing with perishables, I understand the pressure the stores have.“

“Went to Penn Station for lunch. My brother needed a ride to CEI for an exam. While I waited on him, I went to Penn Station.

I had a 9” Turkey-Bacon sub, French Fries, and lemonade. The sub was heavenly, right off the grill fresh. The French fries were perfect, not too much salt and some had a little skin still on them. The lemonade was also good. It tasted fresh squeezed, without a heavy, sugary aftertaste. I was the only one there so there was no delay between food preparation and eating. Since the Turkey-Bacon sub was on special, the price was right too. I throughly enjoyed lunch.“

“I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the manager Zach at McAlister's Deli in Kenwood! My daughter wasn’t feeling good today & stayed home from school. She really wanted her favorite cheddar broccoli soup to make her feel better. I ordered it on the app & went out to my car to go get it. Car won’t start. So I called McAlister’s to let them know since I already paid for it, if they’d just hold it for me until my wife got off work, I’d come get it & just have it as leftovers. Zach answered the phone & said, “I gotta go to the bank anyway, so how about I just drop it off at your house.” Talk about above & beyond customer service! He even gave me a VIP card for a free meal when he dropped my food off. Everyone there is always so nice. I just love my local McAlister’s.“

“I jumped over to this store right after checking out wandering monsters breweries opening night. Right as I got to the door I realized it was 9:00 PM and they were pretty much locking up but the guy and girl working were super nice and accommodated me so well by making food and allowing me to get an order in, even though I was a minute or two after closing. It’s great to see there’s still good service around and people that care and are super nice. The manager of this restaurant should give a bonus to those two working tonight because they really made my experience great where as I’ve been turned down many times when it’s close to closing time. “I recently used Mcalisters Beechmont for a catering order - 6 seasonal cookie trays to celebrate vet tech week at a few different vet offices around town. I wish I had know about them sooner!!!! They did such an amazing job without much notice - the cookies were delicious and the presentation was top notch! Exceptional value- I will 100% be coming back around Christmas to use them for my catering needs! Thank your team for doing such a great job! The one thing that was a little weird was that I was able to set my catering pick up time to 10-10:30 but their store doesn’t actually open until 10:30 so I had to wait outside to pick them up. I now know for next time but I think it would be helpful to notate that! Everything else was perfect!“

“This is seriously the absolute best Subway restaurant I've ever been to! Seriously..I used to co manage a Subway many years ago, so I hold a high standard when I go to a Subway. It was squeaky clean.. All the food bins were clean and stocked with fresh veggies ( it's awful when you go to a Subway and get limp, soggy veggies ) The floors were spotless, tables too.I can't express how clean it was.. Even the restroom. Then.. the service was excellent! They were so friendly and professional and dawned cute Subway headbands. We sat at the window bar where, if needed, they supply USB abd electric plugs! How awesome! The environment is cozy and there was music playing. The food was absolutely scrumptious!! All the toppings were evenly distributed (we got a turkey sub) and the sauce was perfect. They still offer the cheese bread also.. Yay! Hands down. This will be my go to Subway from now on! A++++“

I’ve seen false claims about Subway not having fresh food, but here it’s the opposite — crisp veggies, quality meats, and bread baked fresh in-store every day — you can smell it the moment you walk in! You can taste the freshness in every bite!“
