We have been coming to this Potbelly for 5 years and we are never disappointed. No matter what we order we are always happy with the food and the staff is always patient and considerate when our kids are trying to decide what they eat. They will even throw in a free cookie on occasion! Staff has also delivered sandwiches to our table when the kids were acting up. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Potbelly is basically just a sandwich shop. But with its FRESH quality ingredients, great flavors, affordable pricing AND great service, it should be on your list if you want a nice cozy casual place!While you are here, be sure to try the MIND BLOWING flavors of their pickled hot pepper (the heat level is low)!And I dont mean to throw Subway under the bus since I used to swear by Subway in the past... but after trying Potbelly, you will never go to a subway again. I have been visiting this shop for over 7 years about 3 to 5 times each month. The service was very much degraded in between. I had a very good experience in Jan 2024.The sandwiches are a true masterpiece, bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. The friendly staff and quick service make Potbelly a top-notch choice for a satisfying and delicious lunch.
