I have been purchasing Honey Baked Ham for decades never had an overcooked ham before. Until 11-24-2022. I open the package up on Thanksgiving Day, and I was pissed ! Ham brown sugar was burnt and the ham was very dry and hard. Since Covid they stopped letting you look at the hams. I called and they are taking care of it. In Over 50 years this is my first bad one! Yes I still recommend HBH!
They were sold out of ham when we arrived at open time Friday morning. I mean how does THAT happen at Honey Baked HAM???
