We have been coming to this Potbelly for 5 years and we are never disappointed. No matter what we order we are always happy with the food and the staff is always patient and considerate when our kids are trying to decide what they eat. They will even throw in a free cookie on occasion! Staff has also delivered sandwiches to our table when the kids were acting up. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s why we come back again and again. Highly recommend it!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE TREATMENT BY STAFF TODAY MARCH 8TH, 2024never going to use potbelly after this insulting behaviour by staffI called the store to ask if their website was down as i unable to place online order. The guy answered and immediately said that he cannot do anything about it and to come at the store.Me and my kids have sick this entire week and finally my daughter says can i get potbelly soup and mac n cheeseI finally was able to place order online, i requested turkey sandwich with broccoli soup and kids mac n cheese combo1- turkey sandwich is put together horriblly..half burnt2- no crackers for the soup3- apple sauce was still frozen4- no hot peppers as requested in notesI called the store to talk to them, not lookimg for refund, the guy hung on me. Called again, someone answered and hung up again.I then call a different store to complaint and he said he will address this to nathan or nateI called this store again askimg for manager beacuse apparently the lady manager has no idea about this.. so i called to talk to her and again got hung up on..is this the kind of customer service you provide?I did not pay $27 to get food like this specially if we are sick and finally have appetite to eat and we chose POTBELLY over any other place. If this guy who answered my calls was having a bad day, i get it but i dont think it is right to treat any customer like this.My family has loved potbelly, i can still excuse the fact that i did not get requested or shoudl be there items, but it is not ethical or professional to hang up on your customer..If this happened to me, im sure it has happened to others. Also, whats weird is the shift manager from the other store called this store in deerfield who said she has no knowledge of this but never bothered to get my information to call me. I was never looking for a refund but after seeing a burnt sandwich it is absolutely unacceptablePLEASE DONT DO THIS KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.I hope that guys day gets better but it is still unacceptable on my end to get burnt food, missing items and getting hung up on.Seee the pic of the sandwich .. it is not worth the money i paid.

The sandwich wasn't toasted, although the outer surface of the bread was a little bit. And the cookies were overcooked, which was extra unfortunate since I'd used my birthday perk to get them.I've had much better from other locations, and this was the first time I've been to this one.

Potbelly is basically just a sandwich shop. But with its FRESH quality ingredients, great flavors, affordable pricing AND great service, it should be on your list if you want a nice cozy casual place! While you are here, be sure to try the MIND BLOWING flavors of their pickled hot pepper (the heat level is low)! And I dont mean to throw Subway under the bus since I used to swear by Subway in the past... but after trying Potbelly, you will never go to a subway again. Subways substandard preserved ingredients is really a rip off and Potbelly really costs the same as Subway if you use their 25%-off gift cards always available at Costco/Sams Club/BJs.Only thing I wish Potbelly could improve is add signage for costs of what you are ordering as you create your sandwich. And bigger prints for their options as you order - this is definitely a hurdle for people who are new to the place. This is really a common problem at most fast food places nowadays (why do they think hiding the prices is a good thing?).

I have been visiting this shop for over 7 years about 3 to 5 times each month. The service was very much degraded in between. I had a very good experience in Jan 2024.The sandwiches are a true masterpiece, bursting with flavor and made with high-quality ingredients. The friendly staff and quick service make Potbelly a top-notch choice for a satisfying and delicious lunch.

Food was ok this time. I've had better from other locations but certainly wasn't bad. Neat interior but the bathroom just had a trash bag over the toilet but no signs that it was closed.

My food had hair in it, sandwich bread had green mold on it. And I asked for extra pickles I got no pickles. The server was very bossy. I hate this place!!

We stopped in from the Akron area where I don't think we have these. I would very much like for one of these spots to open up in Cuyahoga falls or Kent.

Imagine this, you've been in the house all month recovering from leg and ankle surgery and you are finally able to get out for an hour with a friend and you decide "hey, you know what sounds good? a sandwich. let's get potbelly! they have a drive thru!" so you make your way and you get there and at 6:45pm they tell you there's no way to order in the drive thru (EVEN THOUGH YOU TOLD THEM YOUR LEG WAS BROKEN) so you have to get out and order face to face....when the front register is closer to the drive thru than the table they ask you to sit at. I could understand if I had been there at closing time but this is during a dinner shift. I feel as though the drive thru should be an option during rushes. especially when you have 6 people working. the sandwich looks good though but super inconvenient means of getting the sandwich.

Definitely understaffed. There were only two people working when I went, and one woman was running both the line in the store and the drive-thru. She was very nice, and I had to give her credit for her patience despite having to do so much by herself. All that being said, the service was slow, none of the tables were clean, and the food was just okay. One thing that was a little off for me was the height of the counter where you ordered food. I'm a pretty short adult (4'11"), and the counter went up to my nose.
