Slowest JJs drive through I have ever been through. Stopped here because I had limited time and JJs is "freaky fast". There was only one car in front of us and we waited 20 mins for our food. There was a pile of orders by the window for the cars that had piled up behind us in the drive through and multiple workers inside but the person for the drive thru window was doing other things in the store. Do NOT use this drive thru.
Have ate at this location several times. Order was always correct, prompt and perfect. Staff has always been terrific and very polite. Inside has always been clean and the restrooms too. Will continue to use this location often when passing through Cincy.
