Slowest JJs drive through I have ever been through. Stopped here because I had limited time and JJs is "freaky fast". There was only one car in front of us and we waited 20 mins for our food. There was a pile of orders by the window for the cars that had piled up behind us in the drive through and multiple workers inside but the person for the drive thru window was doing other things in the store. Do NOT use this drive thru.

Employee had gloves on and took my money then proceeded to make my sandwiches without changing his gloves. When I asked him about this, he did offer to remake.

Ordered on the app, like I always do and did "custom add Xtra hot peppers" and this is the second time I've got my sandwich with NO hot peppers on it. IF I decide to order again, I will CALL them and do it that way. It will just be an inconvenience for them.
