Literally moaned when I got to my car and bit into my sub!! I was only s'posed to eat half! The gentleman who greeted me and helped prepare my sandwich had me smiling long after I left the store! You just don't get customer service like that (most places) anymore. Great fries...I mean the whole potatoes were RIGHT THERE!! Nice easy location off the highway too.
when we come to ohio this is one of our favorite places to eat. the pizza sub and the ruben is our favorite. the only thing i wish they would change is the fact they use peanut oil. one of our children is highly allergic to peanuts. also, this location does need some improvement on customer service. over all i am giving this a 4 star because of the taste of the food. thank you penn station and we will see you next time.
